The hosts were wonderful to work with and seemed genuinely concerned about our comfort and convenience. We adored the space. So cozy and welcoming with adorable decor. The location was perfect. I did not have safety concerns with all the surrounding lighting and parking right in front of the condo. We were very near several places we could walk to for dining. I would recommend 100%. Will stay again when I need a comfortable place near the places I like to go.

Wonderful location and great property

The property had everything we needed for our three night stay and was within a short walk of several great places to eat. Everything was clean and well kept and communication with Anna was very easy with responses that were super quick. Overall a great place to stay and we will be back.

This delightfully decorated condo was impeccably clean, thoughtfully appointed, and located in a very walkable neighborhood. The bed was so incredibly comfortable! Plenty of snuggly blankets and plush towels were provided. There was coffee, a full Brita pitcher, and space for relaxing, working, or enjoying a meal. 10/10 wpuld book again!

Great condo in a great location

Very clean condo close to everything downtown. Great communication from host. Bed was comfortable with many blankets and pillows, which I really appreciated. Also, the fridge has an ice maker, something that I always want to know about in a listing. Brita filter pitcher there as well. Very nice extra touch for me. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Aesthetic Downtown Condo was Perfect

I loved staying here! It was a great staycation for a woman staying alone. The condo is immaculate. I cooked dinner for myself and hubs and the kitchen was filled with spices and utensils I needed, I barely brought anything with me. Check-in, Tv, and WiFi were great. I ended up spending most of my time with a sweet kitty that came to visit me when I was sitting on the porch. Great experience! I’ll be back for my next staycation!

Adorable!

My husband I visited Chattanooga to watch our daughter compete at the convention center. This unit is in a great location. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Wide choice of walkable restaurants and bars and a grocery store just opened within walking distance. We had parking right in front of the unit. The communication with the owner was so easy. She made our stay so much more pleasant than most. She could offer us a late checkout which was much appreciated. The unit itself is adorably decorated. The couch is very comfortable as is the bed. Props to the owner for putting in good light control in the bedroom. I don’t like getting up with the sun during the longest day of the year! Plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked! A much appreciated bonus was having a printer available. It came in handy to print a parking pass I needed for my next stop. Thank you so much. We hope to be back.

Meet your hosts, Joe and Anna. We lived in Chattanooga for over 18 years and feel fortunate to have raised our two boys on Signal Mountain. We grew to love the city for its natural beauty and local food, but mostly for its people.

We moved to Oregon in 2020 and continue to host guests on the Oregon Coast at The Moby House. In 2022, we moved back to the South and now Anna splits her time between Chattanooga and South Carolina. We gravitate to places with natural outdoor beauty.

We have two boys who were fortunate enough to grow up in Chattanooga, TN. Our oldest is now in Boise, ID, and his younger brother is back in Chattanooga and loving it! Joe works in academia and was at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for 18 years. In his free time, he loves to fly fish, especially with our son, and play the bass guitar. Anna worked in the fashion industry for nearly 17 years and now works in market research, and property management, and still dabbles in fashion. She loves hosting and creating the perfect stay for guests. She enjoys traveling and any time with the boys and friends.

We look forward to sharing what we love most about Chattanooga, TN.

Why they chose this property

After leaving Chattanooga in 2020, we missed the community and city terribly. We lived on Signal Mountain for 18 years and knew we wanted to be downtown. While living full-time in Chattanooga, we came to the Southside most frequently for restaurants, live music, and shops and knew that this was where we would want to be!

With our move back to the south, we seemed to be at a crossroads in our lives. When we found the condo in the area of town we love and just one block from the crossroads of Market and Main Street, the name The Chattanooga Crossroads seemed like a perfect choice.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! Downtown living with a true neighborhood vibe. Welcome to the Southside. This condo is perfect for Work and Play! You will be close to the hospitals, the university, and the business district. Chattanooga is named the "Gig City", providing the fastest internet in the country and quickly becoming coined as the "Silicon Valley" of the south attracting many start-up tech companies.

Ready for play, you can walk, ride, or scoot to so many local restaurants, breweries, music venues, shops, and galleries. Truly get to know the neighbors while visiting the local parks and attractions right outside your door. The school across the street illustrates the safety of this area and the park provides a nice green space.

The condo is unique because it has a wide and open living space. So many new condos today are narrow with multiple floors making a cramped space. The Crossroads feels much larger than 751 sq. ft. It has one-level living with a large living space that has so much natural light. The condo is newly renovated in an older building that is built better than new construction today. This condo is exceptionally quiet for downtown living. It is well-insulated with finished high ceilings and no exposed ductwork. This means you will not hear the steps above you. In fact, with this corner unit, you may never hear sounds from a neighbor.

You will work well, rest well, and play well at the Chattanooga Crossroads Condo.
