LOCATION! Private parking at the HEART OF DOWNTOWN! Self-check-in with the entry code. The NOOGA ABNB is a 2022 new modern townhome half the block off Main Street in Chattanooga's popular Southside neighborhood. The condo is within walking distance of Chattanooga's best restaurants, nightlife, Choo Choo, & venues. There is a mix of old historical and new modern buildings, numerous restaurants, and coffee shops for any taste or preference. The patio is my favorite place to observe the ancient and modern parts of the city. A fully furnished townhome has comfort and the luxury of 100% Mulberry-filled silk pillows and comforters, exceptional cleanliness, and the privacy of your place. The downtown area could have some outside noise. Bedrooms have total blackout and noise cancellation curtains and a white noise machine for comfortable rest. All sheets on the bed are 100% cotton. The comforters are inside the duvets. All beddings get washed on a sanitized cycle to ensure that all bed surfaces are clean and washed before your arrival. At my condo, you could relax and be worry-free that someone else set on the top of your bed before. It is only you. The property is perfect for singles, families, couples, & business travelers.

Everything was very conveniently located. There was a problem with people partying Saturday night with police breaking it up a couple times. They finally left around 3am.

Mother’s Day Getaway

This was the perfect place for a weekend away with my mother. Location is great and within walking distance to numerous things. The home itself was wonderful, clean organized and the rooftop sitting area is fantastic. Great rental!

Great location

This place is in an excellent location and includes a free parking spot. Host was quick with responses and a pleasure to deal with. Condo is narrow but has 3 floors with a nice outdoor space on the top.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice place. The King bed was very comfy as well as the couch and love seat. Its within walking distance to quit a few good restaurants and easy to get in and out of. Easy to get back out to the main highway. Our host Irina was very nice and very professional. Would definitely book again if we get back Chattanooga!

My name is Irina, and I am your host.
NOOGA ABNB is my short-term vocational rental business name.
I am originally from Ukraine. I came to the United States 26 years ago. I work
in Chattanooga as an engineer. My husband and I have a house in North
Georgia.
I purchased this condominium in June 2022, so I could stay here during the
weekdays and welcome guests on weekends.
My friends always told me that I have a gift of hospitality, and I hope you
would. Enjoy my place and feel welcomed and safe.
When selecting the furniture, appliances, rugs, etc., I wanted my guests and
me to be able to rest and work (if needed). I opted for 1GB of internet
service. I pay extra attention to cleanliness and detail.
I enjoy traveling all over the world and discovering new places and cultures. I love cooking and growing indoor flowers, especially orchids

The property location is a short and easy commute to downtown as there are multiple routes to travel to the downtown area. Many restaurants are within walking distance. I love it here!! This part of Chattanooga has a blend of historical and modern buildings. I love walking out of my front door to anywhere downtown or renting a bike and riding. If you want to explore Chattanooga and blend in with local people, this would be your perfect place to stay. I take pride in my cleanness standards. The sheets on the beds are 100% cotton. The comforters are inserted in duvets, which get washed after each guest, so you would be the only person who touches the sheets and covers and worry-free about who was there prior to you. The floors get vacuumed and mopped every time. The leather couches and all surfaces are sanitized and cleaned before your check-in. The water and snacks are complimentary for the guests.

Old and new construction stand side-by-side in this up-and-coming downtown neighborhood. The Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel includes the Centennial Theatre, an entertainment venue for music, and the Comedy Catch.
Locals gather at Southside Social to enjoy games, such as shuffleboard, bowling, and skeeball, as well as to grab a bison burger or pulled pork slider, have a beer or enjoy a cigar. Southside restaurants serving regional cuisines blend with establishments that offer tasty treats from all corners of the globe that satisfy any palate. For sports fans, Finley Stadium hosts a match for the University of Tennessee's Chattanooga Mocs teams.
