The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!

Great place for our family

Wonderful stay. We were supposed to have 14 people but only 11 were able to be there so we had lots of room. Didn’t use 2 bedrooms. The pool was great and warm. Pingpong and foosball was fun!

We had family in from CA, WI as well as FL for my birthday, the 9 bedrooms gave everyone privacy if needed and the large gathering area was perfect for the party. Of Course, the pool was enjoyed by all. Would recommend as a place to stay in the Orlando area. Gary

great big house. Lots of rooms that are cute. Tons of bathrooms. Even had an ADA accessible shower downstairs with gentle pressure. Some bathrooms had more pressure than others. Just the basics with silverware and cooking pans and pots. Need to get your own salt. But enough to get by even for a larger group. Lots of cups and dishes. Big fridge but more geared toward eating out. No cooking sheet or oven mittens. Just enough trash bags for the stay. Need to get your own detergent for washing machine but not dishwasher. Nice pool heated that all the children loved. Nice jacuzzi. Great ping pong table and soccor table game. Really close to disney and loved our stay. Owner was great amd very quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again.
