Had a great stay for 3 nights !! Kids loved the pool table and having their own room while in town for a soccer tourney!! We would def stay here again !! Great communication from the owner to be sure we had everything needed !!!! 100% recommend!!!

Fun cozy relaxed home with new furniture

This home was just right for my family and friends. I loved all the fun features of pool table/PING pong and fun activity this home has for my family. Everyone slept very comfortable (better mattress than a hotel). My family , friends and I enjoyed our stay that we booked another night. Jay is so welcoming and accommodating. She let us check in early, which was a plus. The home is very well furnished and extremely clean. The neighbors are very friendly, they even welcomed us to the neighborhood, which I found so sweet of them. We felt right at home. JAYs place makes a perfect short or long term vacation home. We definitely recommend Jay and her home to anyone!

The place was extra clean. It had everything my family needed. Jay was so attentive and passionate about her place. She is beyond a SuperHost, very accommodating to my family, glad we met her. We felt very at home. The pool table and ping pong were a plus. All the mattress were extra Firm Memory foam with great support. The place even had a washer and dryer, which works perfect for a quick load of beach clothes. All rooms were equipped with fire tv. All the furniture was brand new. The entire place was remodeled with new furniture. It smelled super good too Very central location. Beaches super close and malls too. Cruise Port was super close and a cheap UBER RIDE. Stop reading this post and book this place. Perfect for friends and family.

Mixed experience

We had a mixed experience at this property. On the positive side, the appliances were all in good working order, and the home was clean, though the bathtub appeared to have been missed during cleaning. The next door neighbor seemed friendly as they offered a smile & a wave. The host was communicative and genuinely seemed interested in providing a positive experience for her guests.However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. While there were sufficient bath towels, we were only provided one hand towel, two wash cloths and no kitchen towels or dishcloths. Additionally, there were no hot pads available, which made cooking a bit challenging. The bedding was also a concern; the temperatures dropped into the 40’s during our stay and the quilts were quite thin, and there were no extra blankets provided for the beds.The neighborhood was quiet during the day, but there was a noticeable lack of activity, with no one walking or playing outside. Unfortunately, at night, the area was less peaceful. We were disturbed multiple times by loud music, banging noises, and what sounded like fireworks (though we couldn't be sure). This led us to decide to leave early, which resulted in us having to pay for two places for the remaining 5 nights.Overall, the property had its merits, but the neighborhood noise and some missing amenities affected our stay.
