Was traveling to see my son in town this place was perfect !Great location steps from downtown shops and restaurants and very short walk to the river.Absolutely everything was thought of for your convenience coffee snacks water and much more better than a five star hotel!We visit a few times a year and will definitely stay here again !

Great location for us. Close walk to the river and parks, etc. Felt very clean and the check in/out process was very easy. There was not a laundry list of stuff to do before we checked out which is a big plus these days. Plan to stay here again next time we visit town!

Such a cute and relaxing room! Perfect for a weekend stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and didn’t have a million rules like so many other hosts do.I loved that they had toiletries and snacks. You do not see that in many bnbs, so it was a very nice touch!

Great property and easy check-in/out process. I was in town for my HS reunion and this place worked out perfectly. Everything was top quality from the room, amenities, communication, etc. I love that the owners have renovated and repurposed a historic building, giving it new life. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Chillicothe.

Perfect location to walk the downtown district. Our room was stocked with water, snacks, coffee, tea & anything we may have forgotten. Very clean & updated! We would definitely stay here again!
