Midtown Guayaquil is rich with beautiful parks, museums, churches, landmarks, attractions and outstanding restaurants. All within a few blocks from the condo. I myself, am always around the surrounding areas to dine, shop and eat whenever I'm in Guayaquil. Plus, from Guayaquil, you are an hour from the beach and just a few hours from the mountains.

What makes this property unique

Casa Huancavilca has been completely renovated, yet located in the historic Huancavilca Building, overlooking Centenario Park, on the 14th floor. This condo can get a view of a different part of the city, through each window of the condo. It's truly breathtaking.
