Family vacation

Wonderful location and clean! We had 9 guests. Our only complaint would be that the pull Out sofa was AWFUL! The mattress was thin and no bedding provided. We would have stayed elsewhere under those circumstances. But overall, a great place for LESS people

Family vacation

The property was beautiful & very clean. The only thing we had issues with is the staff working at the parking garage & where you sign the carts out were very rude. When we were checking our cart out one of the girls working just quit right there on the spot & walked out. This morning when we checked out the guy was so rude & was throwing things around because he was mad about something. Just very rude & odd behavior. Everyone else was very nice & our condo was beautiful. It would not stop me from coming back . We had a wonderful time.

Mislead

Overall property needed major updates. Dishwasher was not attached, door hinge had to be fixed in order to open and close door. Fridge took over 24hours to cool causing us to have to put all groceries bought on ice in coolers. Dryer would have to be ran twice in order to dry one load. Elevators were super slow as well. Positives check in was a breeze and location was great.

The location was amazing but the cleanliness and supplies in the condo were lacking.

The master bathroom shower was full of mold. The closet door in one of the bedrooms was broken. Someone did come to address the issue but it needs a more long term solution. The bunk bed creaked and kept my niece up all night. The cooking supplies were old and lacking. The coffee pot was broken. They did bring a replacement. A lot of small things that created concern.
