Garden tub, relaxing front porch , poker table , fuse ball table and air hockey. Enjoy this clean , affordable spacious double wide. Try to relax and unwind. There are free amenities for you as well, shampoo, conditioner, and a bath bomb.

Please take shoes off in the house to avoid tracking in dirt. Please put drinks on coasters, be easy on sink knobs, they can be twisted too hard.
No drugs allowed. Please be respectful of neighbors , especially at night, no loud noises to wake them. No pets. It is best to park in the carport.
Set ac to 74 or higher, it is comfortable at that temp. Heater is good at 78 to 80. Put used linens on floor and don’t lock the front door when you go

Quite run down

Had a strange smell. The master bathroom floor is very soft around toilet. Big cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable.
