Pelican Walk 706 - PET FRIENDLY! Stay Right on the BEACH! In our 7th floor 2 bedroom - 2 bath 1450 square foot Gulf Front condo on Thomas Dr in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL. The view is AMAZING! There is a King bed in the primary bedroom, 2 full size beds in second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area! Sleeps 6 - 8 guests

Pelican Walk 706 - Is a Family & Pet Friendly BEACH FRONT condo with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms! The open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room provides plenty of room for FUN with the FAMILY! The BEST part is truly the view of the blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. The SPACIOUS Balcony is the perfect place to take in the sunset or watch dolphins playing in the ocean! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and there is also a washer and dryer in the condo.

Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive and close to St. Andrew's State State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most FAMILY & PET Friendly condominiums. Pelican Walk is one of only a few condominium properties in Panama City Beach that let you bring your DOG or Cat! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) pets per condo with a weigh of 20 lbs or under per pet. All PETS must be registered upon arrival and dogs will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve. *Pet fee is $150/pet per stay charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable.

Pelican Walk offers two private pools- one heated seasonally October through April, an outdoor grilling area with gas and charcoal grills, free parking, free WIFI, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, a unique hot tub atrium, dry saunas, and more. Interested in dining out? Just across the street is Gypsea Crepes, Waffle House, Teddy's Spaghetti & Pizza! A few of PCB's favorite local hot spots; Hershey's Beach Ice Cream, Finn's, Schooner's, Capt. Jack's Crab Leg's Buffet, and Captain Anderson's are all with in 1-2 miles. Pelican Walk's location is convenient to family fun, restaurants, shopping, fishing, mini-golf, race-cars, and so much more! The Pelican Walk staff are on-site to assist you at anytime through out your stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely love the view from this condo and that it’s pet friendly . We have stayed in this one several years and definitely would again. The only suggestion I would give was to remove the metal plate when walking in and out from balcony. Trip hazard. Could use a makeover but we love this condo. Thanks

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was lovely (5 star). However,condo was not equipped with basic cleaning supplies ( dish soap, paper towels, mop heads(one in closet was falling apart).I had to wait 36 hours for housekeeper to bring a mop head and I had a small pet. For 1k+ for just 2 nights, cleaning supplies should be supplied. It is very inconvenient for guests to have to drive to the store because the condo was not equipped with cleaning supplies,byet they expect you to load the dishwasher even though you are paying a cleaning fee. I have stayed with this rental property many times, but this time in particular,I would give this property a 2 star rating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures must have been taking a very long time ago. While it is the same furniture, the chairs have stains all over them, the counters and appliances have not been maintained. ALL blinds are broken and inoperable. You need sunglasses to sleep in the bedrooms at night due to the blaring building lights. The drawer the hairdryer was in was covered in some sort of petroleum jelly. I didn't know that until I grabbed the hairdryer (gross). The balcony is small and it certainly didn't help that there were 7 varieties of chairs on it. Even with only 3 people we had a hard time maneuvering. For the money we paid for for 4 nights in the offseason there are much better accommodations elsewhere on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had Keurig coffee maker as well as Mr Coffee type. TV worked well with cable & Roku. MB bathtub was a large soaker type with shower. It was VERY slippery when wet with soapy water - be careful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean . It has large windows for the evening sunsets. It has a nice comfortable beds. They more lighting in the bedrooms, plus hangers . The air conditioner works great, The kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots. But it did needs a can opener.I will be back again . I love this place it is pet friendly.
