Spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home perfect for family getaways. Total of 10 Beds. Recently added a Hot Tub, 2 more Arcade Games in game room, a Ping Pong Table, and 2 Electric Bicycles! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with Canyon Views just minutes away from exploring Lake Powell, Horsehoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. Recently remodeled and under new ownership. Previous listing was a 5 star/Super host property with over 500 reviews. We have comfortable beds, a kitchen full of spices and every utensil/pan you would need, and the media room is complete with a pool table, arcade games, ping pong table and poker table. Perfect for family game nights! Large outdoor living space complete with a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and multiple seating areas. Hope to see you soon!

We had a great time staying here!! We were on the Lake all day and it was so great coming back to a fun, clean location that was so close to the lake. Definitely would stay here again!

Rim view home

This was a great home for our three nights in page. Everything was perfect, clean, beautifully decorated, packed with amenities. Loved the game room area!

I normally do not sleep well on vacation but the beds were very comfortable and made my sleep quiet and easy. Enough beds for all our family and we loved the game room

Perfect for a quick get-away

The property was perfect for our kids. They loved the basement and hot tub. Us adults loved being able to hang out in the back. The location was great for seeing Antelope Canyon. The host was so kind and got back to us right away with anything we needed. We would stay here again.

Nature showing off

Perfect location to see all the wonders of the area. Antelope canyons and pontoon boating for the day was pretty spectacular Enjoyed all the games at the house. Impressed with the Turtle Box speaker. Great family vacation including our beloved dog.

Fantastic

Me and my family of 11 had an amazing stay. The house was in a great location close to Antelope and Horseshoe Bend. The hot tub was really welcoming after a day of sightseeing. The kids loves the game room. The house had everything we needed and was really comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Nine family members aged 5-77 rented this home on our trip. The house had EVERYTHING, It had something for everyone. It was clean and up to date. We stayed in 2 other VRBOs on our trip and I must say this was everyone’s Fav.

Family fun in Page

Your property in Page was perfect for our family with our 3 adult children and their significant others. Very comfortable with plenty of room. The game room and hot tub was a big hit! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prep meals. Easy access to Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell and gorgeous hikes. Highly recommend!! Sandra and family

Absolutely perfect!!

If I was able to give this home 10 stars, I would!! We were a group of 10 people total. Half adults and other half young adults. The house was perfect for all of us to be together without feeling crammed in. We all loved our time together on vacation and the house made it even better! Would absolutely stay again!!

Wonderful

Great house. Great stay. We had such a good time in the area, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and other stuff. This was central to everything we wanted to do. Wish we had longer to stay. The game room was excellent! Plenty of room to space out if we wanted. We utilized the hot tub. Everything was as described. Excellent! 5 star!

Lovely home

This property suited our 3 generation family of ten beautifully. I highly recommend it. The owners thought of everything. Plenty of room for everyone, clean kitchen very well stocked (better than most rentals for sure) and great location for adventures. I can’t think of a single downside, except consideration could be made to putting some artificial turf style grass or rock garden on the back yard.

Great Place in the Heart of Page

We LOVED this property. It is super clean. Has perfect amount of beds for a large group. Our teens loved the pool table and arcade games downstairs as well as the E bikes in the garage. The A/C kept us cool when we needed to get out of the 100 degree plus weather. It is centrally located in downtown Page so you are close to everything. Liz was fantastic at communicating and answered all our questions very quickly. We ate at Dam Bar, El Tapatio and Strombolli's and thought all 3 were excellent with great service.

Five stars plus!

If my family could give more than five stars, we would. It is the perfect location if you are doing things around Page. The view from the front is beautiful and there is a trail close (by the school) that is great. Antelope Canyon was 10-12 min away, Glen Canyon Dam/Lake Powell is in the opposite direction 10-12 min away and great restaurants are walkable or a two min drive. Horseshoe Bend is about 15 min. This listing has everything and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Book it!

This was a great home to serve as a home base for exploring the local area. Lots of outdoor activities near by and access to multiple national parks within a couple hour drive. The home offered a quiet place to rest after a long day of exploring and offers quite a few extra touches for a comfortable stay. We made a lot of use of the game room, fire pit, e-bikes and cornhole.

Hey ya'll! We are the Taylors from small town Oklahoma. Just a few quick facts about us...After a long awaited journey we became parents to a handsome baby boy, Ace in June of 2022. Prior to his arrival, Adam and I have built businesses. Adam has ran a successful private investigation business for the past 12 years. Kenzi, is a naturopath owning a Natural Health Practice for the past 10 years. Together, we own multiple rental properties. We love our properties and put personal touches in each. As professional travelers we knew we always wanted to have a few vacation properties that we could call our own "home away from home," as well as sharing the experience with others. We hope to host you and that you enjoy the areas as much as we do!

We fell in love with the Rim View house from the moment we saw the pictures. So much so we placed an offer with out actually visiting the house yet!😜😅 The offer was excepted and a long few months later we were able to visit it’s our then 5 month old son to redecorate and explore our new found home. We are looking forward to raising our son as a part-time Arizonan! Especially, on Lake Powell and in the beauty of nature which surrounds Page 🥰
