There is a large pavilion with an attached kitchen(stove & refrigerator) and men's & women's restrooms.15 acres of secluded beauty located just outside of the Fredonia Village limits in the Town of Arkwright, NY. The center of the property is a 5 acre field. It is located 5 minutes from NYS Thruway exit 59, Walmart, fast food and other shopping.
There is an above ground pool with a deck.

Perfect place for a family reunion/graduation/class reunion. People could relax out of sun under the pavilion, enjoy some yard games or swim in the pool. It was nice to have a kitchen there as well to use and bathroom facilities.

Great Grad Party

This property was perfect for our daughter's grad party. It is very private. The kitchen with a refrigerator made food storage on a hot day easy. The grounds and pool were just perfect. Many guests commented how nice venue was for a party. I would not hesitate to have another party here.

Engagement Party

We had out engagement party at the property and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything was set up very well when we arrived. The pool was crystal clear and the kids loved swimming in it. It was also safety gated so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting into the pool without an adult knowing. The kitchen set up was great as well! We would certainly recommend hosting your party here and will be back ourselves in the future!
