Great location. The host kept us well informed. The rental was very clean and included all the needed comforts of home. Would rent this townhouse again.

Great location

Loved the location and proximity to shopping and the highway. I will be looking to stay here again when we return next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. The place is super clean, well stocked, and attractive. Having access to the garage added convenience as we had a baby with us. We also appreciated the porta crib! The people were extremely responsive. Our family loved staying here! Thank you!

The condo was great. Plenty of restaurants and green space within walking distance. We had a great time in Denver and will return and rent this condo again.

Super Clean & Fully Stocked!

Great townhouse in a fun neighborhood. It was super clean (and I am picky!). The kitchen was very nicely stocked and we loved having the garage to park our bikes. The area has lots of fun things to do within walking or biking distance. Great place!

Comfortable, Well Appointed, Centralized Location

Our family of four enjoyed this property! Plenty of space to gather for family meals and to spread out individually as well. Clean and well kept space. Also great to be able to park our vehicle in the garage. Would consider renting again if we ever get back to Denver!

Visiting Denver Area to see Family

This is the second time we have stayed in this rental. The place is clean and in a great location. Less than 20 minutes to downtown. Grocery stores around the corner. Would stay again. Thank you.

Christmas visit

We stayed here to be near family in Central Park. Nice place. Great to have an attached garage in the winter. Kitchen well stocked. Carpet needs cleaning or replacing, and some bedroom furniture a bit tired, but overall very comfortable.

Spacious clean property in excellent location

The pictures are accurate. Very nice 3bedroom+ home in a convenient location. Outstanding communication with property owner-very quick responses. Even nicer than we expected. Quiet neighborhood, well cared for property. Thoughtful touches like extra throws, detergent, Kleenex etc. enjoyed comfortable furnishings, tvs easy to operate. Nice front porch. Roomy garage.

Good not great

We arrived a few hours early for a 2-1/2 week stay. In order to check in to this EMPTY residence, we had to pay an additional fee.TV's were difficult to use.Carpets were stained.Limited equipment but great location.

Great stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The property worked great for our family! The beds were comfortable, as was the upstairs TV room. The place was thoughtfully stocked with bathroom essentials, extra linens, dishwasher pods and laundry essentials. The kitchen could use a few more drinking glasses but other than that had most of what you needed. We were walking distance to a park which was great for our toddler. There wasn’t a baby gate so we had to improvise to keep her safely off the stairs, but not a big deal. Overall comfortable stay and it was nice to put our car in a garage.
