This host is the most responsive host I have ever encountered using VRBO, hands down. She takes pride in her property and it shows. The place was clean, the amenities were thoughtful (there was even a little cooler we could use to go to the beach), and everything was as promised. This is a great spot to be able to take your pet and to use as a home base during a beach visit. Neighbors were nice too!

We had an absolutely amazing two week stay. The host was super responsive as needed. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Home was super clean and cozy. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful home away from home!

Great location

This house was cute and in a great location. Loved the fenced in yard and the gates at the top of the stairs for the dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay

the owner was very sweet with a quick resonse. The location was great to explore for our first visit in Outerbanks. The place was so cute, cozy and clean. We loved it. thank you, Gia.

Wonderful stay!!!

Honestly loved our time here. The home was very clean and exceeded our expectations as far as space and accommodations. Perfect for our family of four (plus two fur babies!). Our host, Gia, was so polite and extremely communicative. Definitely would recommend and stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Nice Dog Friendly Rental

Really enjoyed our long weekend at Sandy Paws. This rental property is really great for bringing your pet. Fenced in yard, and porch pet gates both in front and back porch. Owner super responsive to questions.

Just Right!

Cute house in convenient location with shade tree over driveway. Simple, clean and uncluttered. Fenced decks and yard for dog and seating for eating, outside and inside conversation. Fans and TVs in all rooms!

Unfortunately, the host did not respond to questions i asked immediately after booking in a timely fashion which created a HUGE misunderstanding and unnecessary stress and conflict. Sent 4 messages the day i booked and one the morning of arrival and didn't receive a response to my specific inquiries until close to check in. Very disappointing experience.

Such a lovely beach cottage! We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Sandy Paws. The house was very clean, adorably decorated, fully stocked with supplies, comfortable beds, and such a quiet neighborhood. Gia was such a wonderful host and provided lots of information about the local spots to check out. A peaceful beachy sanctuary. We will definitely return for another visit!
