We fell in love with this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and convenience. Tucked away on a quiet street, this location provides a peaceful retreat while still being just minutes from everything the Outer Banks has to offer.

The fully enclosed yard makes it an ideal spot for families with kids and dogs to play safely, while the private hot tub and balcony views create the perfect setting to unwind. We also love that a beautiful nature and biking trail runs parallel to the bay, offering an easy way to explore the area on foot or two wheels.

For those who love being on the water, this spot is a dream! With a kayak and boat launch nearby and space to bring your own boat, you can set off for a day of adventure with ease.
