The property was perfect for our weekend trip to move our daughter in at Tech for her freshman year. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us with room for a couple more comfortably. We really enjoyed the two living room spaces which had plenty of things to keep the teens occupied in one and a separate one for the adults to watch the football game and movies. The rooms were EXTREMELY comfortable and the location was perfect. Super quiet neighborhood as actually walkable to campus. We will definitely book again in the future when we visit during breaks.

My family and I were in town visiting my daughter who's attending college in the area. We were very impressed with the comfort and accommodations of the home. The family room was a big hit with the kids! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and appearedsafe. Local restaurant options, groceries etc were nearby. We would definitely love to stay here again when we're back in Ruston

Best VRBO

Our son broke his arm and came to Ruston to be with him for a couple of days to help out. This is the second time we have stayed in this rental. It's wonderful....remodeled very well and plenty of room to spread out.

A great place!

We had a great stay. This is the first place I have stayed where there was enough supplies (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee) for our entire stay. This house fit our group of 7 comfortably. Brent accommodated my date change after our plans changed, and was very easy to work with.

Tech move in day made easy

Easy access to campus which is why we were in town. Clean house and as describe, including a host of breakfast items and coffee to choose from. Communication with owners was easy and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Nice place

This cute house was very accommodating for a family of five. They had everything you could possibly need including gaming systems in all kinds of board games for the kiddos. The owner was irresponsive. It was an easy check in and check out.

Peach of a house!

We really enjoyed this property! Cozy house in the perfect area/proximity to Louisiana Tech. We felt very safe in this area. The online pictures are exactly what you get. This cozy cottage is roomier and more open than we dreamed. We will recommend to any family and friends traveling to this area.
