The Corazon Condo Unit 11 is located just three blocks from the famous Santa Fe Plaza. This modernized comfortable vacation rental is nestled in a beautiful gated community in downtown Santa Fe. Located on the first floor, and you will have views of not only the exceptionally blue Santa Fe skies but the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the East from the patio area outside. This unit is on the first floor and there is an apartment on the second floor. Although we ask the neighbors to be courteous, we cannot guarantee silence. If you are sensitive to noise, you may prefer one of our other units. Parking for this property is located in an underground garage with 8ft clearance. The unit comes with one parking spot in the El Corazon underground garage, if you need an additional spot we would suggest the Convention Center Municipal Garage approx 1 block away.

The large open concept kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances and all the cookware you would need.
Just steps outside the door of your own private residence is where you will visit the 400-year-old historic sites, do some friendly bartering for authentic Native American turquoise under the portal of the Palace of Governors, be inspired by the sheer breadth of art and culture, and delight in the finest southwestern cuisine the, “City Different”, has to offer. There is always an occasion to come to Santa Fe whether it be for our fresh air, beautiful mountains, hiking, biking, skiing, shopping, or indulging yourself in all the rich history of New Mexico and local art down Canyon Road. Come visit our beautiful city and relax at Corazon Condo Unit 2 at any time of the year.
***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 30lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least two years old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.
**MID-STAY CLEAN: We require mid-stay clean(s) for stays of ten nights or more, or once a week depending on the duration of your stay with us. Each mid-stay clean fee is equal to one-half of the exit cleaning fee. The mid-stay cleans will be scheduled by property management prior to your arrival. This cleaning service is a general tidying of the unit in which housekeeping will change out all bedroom and bathroom linens as well as restocking of toiletries and other added amenities.

Wonderfully located property, making it easy to either walk or drive to attractions and restaurants. Clean and nicely appointed. Property management is very responsive to requests for assistance, lost codes, etc. Would stay at this unit again.
This was the best vacation rental we have ever had. The place was exactly as advertised and included small additional touches such as coffee (and filters!), extra towels, washing detergent, etc. The location is excellent for exploring Santa Fe, just a few blocks to the Plaza. The parking is underground and secure. The staff was just a phone call away to provide quick assistance.
Check in was a breeze and the location was perfect.

Clean, attractive, well appointed, nice layout for my husband and I and our 17 year old son. Even a little patio to sit and our Yorkie was happy as well. Great location with short walk to the Plaza. Thanks!
The place was very comfortable for us, our adult daughter and her boyfriend. Enough separation for privacy and nice common areas. The parking is easy and the communications (how to access etc) were very clear. I look forward to our next stay.
As many times as we’ve visited Santa Fe, this was our favorite place to stay. The condo was wonderful; clean, comfortable, up to date, and the location could not be better! Being able to walk to the plaza to shop during the day or just to take the dogs for a stroll any time of day was amazing.

Very clean modern and close to square. Would stay here again. I have a dog and it was across the street from a large grassy area which is hard to find in Santa Fe.
Enjoyed the Christmas season in Santa Fe. This property was close to the restaurants and events. We walked the majority of the time. Everything about this property was warm and welcoming. It was clean, safe and very comfortable.

Great location, parking garage with reserved space, quiet/clean community, clean & modern condo, master bedroom & bath great, 2nd bedroom needs shelving &/or counter options in bathroom by sink & in shower (no where to put anything except on ground), easy to walk to Old Town shops & dining
The location of the property was fantastic! Close walk to everything but not in the busy-ness of the plaza. Stocked condo with everything you need to make yourselves comfy and cook some meals if you wanted. A small park across the street to walk the dogs in; which was super convenient! Management company was easy to deal with and very communicative for check-in and out. Highly recommend.

Corazon #11 was just as represented and perfect for my husband, myself, our 19 yo daughter and little dog. The host is very responsive and extremely helpful with any/all questions. Very quick to reply. The property was beautiful, safe and a perfect location for an easy walk to The Plaza. We had a Monday-Saturday stay. Very quiet. Will stay here again.
Very cute complex! Easy walking to Santa Fe Plaza, shops, and restaurants!
Comfy living area with working fireplace. Only complaints were dirty carpet in smaller front bedroom, dirty blinds, no horizontal surface in the small bathroom to place toiletry bag, and the blinds hung away from the window such that a gap allowed passers by to see in while showering or sitting on the toilet. The master bathroom was beautiful!
Instructions on use of the parking garage and gates were well written.
