Welcome to your Panama City Beach getaway! This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is just a 3-minute walk to private beach access and offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and resort-style fun. With room for up to 6 guests, this home is a great fit for families, couples, and small groups looking for an easy, relaxing beach stay. Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting layout with the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry room on the main level. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and TV, while the dining area offers seating for 4 and the kitchen is fully stocked with bar seating. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with shower, TV, and a sunny office room with a twin bed. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the hallway bath has a shower/tub combo. One of the best parts of the home is the private back porch, where you can relax with canal views, enjoy the magnolia tree and swing. Guests also enjoy access to private beach entry, 11 pools with 5 seasonally heated, tennis courts, shuffleboard, mini golf, a fitness center, playground, and a private clubhouse with a guest-only restaurant. Just what we needed

The townhouse was just as expected. The community it’s in was very quiet and nice. Close to several things. Access to beach was easy. Would definitely stay again if we go to PCB again.

Great Option for PCB

Great property! The area is convenient and the unit is nicely furnished and has new Roku TVs throughout. Quick walk to the beach and the host were responsive. Good for a family or Singles.

Quick stop on our way to Cape Coral

The host had great communication including a binder of info & a map of the property in the kitchen. The property was so cute & clean & in a great location with lots of amenities. The wall to the ocean was a bit further than I expected but it was easy access & the beach was gorgeous. We wanted to play putt putt but be aware - you have to bring your own clubs & balls. Overall an excellent experience

Amazing

We came to PCB for our Fall Break and this unit was exactly how it was described. It was a short walk to the beach entrance. It was the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in. The colors and decor is exactly how you envision a beach house to look! Check in and check out was easy. W had no problems and will rent this unit again next year. We can’t wait to come back and make more memories at our favorite beach.

Vacay ‘24

The home was very gorgeous and well stocked. It was also located a short walk from the beach. Plenty pools on the property along with other amenities. The neighbors were great as well, they sent over a birthday gift to my little girl. I had an issue with the hot water not working but I’m sure she will get right on that. Overall, an amazing stay!

Everything was amazing. so pretty and had a fun great week. when we first got there we put in the directions that was sent to us and it took us to a gate that wouldn’t open but we eventually find the the main gate and got us through. also the bathroom by itself was a little difficult. we couldn’t figure out out to turn on the shower and also the drain was already clogged and we tried to fix it but it just didn’t work. but other than that EVERYTHING was perfect and we will be coming back !
