Why they chose this property

Our house offers a great balance between private/quiet, while still being close to everything! Less than 5 minutes from the interstate, about 15 minutes to Augusta National. This is a completely custom built house, built in 2021. There are 3 private connected suites (including 2 Master Suites). Two of the bedrooms have a connecting Jack and Jill Bathroom. The only bedroom that doesn't have a connected bathroom is the basement bedroom, which is located right outside of the bedroom. There are two living rooms with large TVs. Kitchen is large with large island. Seating available for 16 people in the kitchen and dining room. Outdoor areas feature two large back porches (one on the main level, one off the basement) and a large front porch. Maint level back porch has an outdoor TV and an outdoor dining table. Pool is 36x18 with a tanning ledge and 8 ft deep end. 6 passenger golf cart available for use
