Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Satisfactory. We’ve stayed in this home before. Really needs more and better quality pillows, kitchen drawers were not clean, bbq was not clean, upstairs shower didn’t drain, garage door broken. In general needs updating and cleaning.

Big DIRTY house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They are in need of new furniture in the main living room. The couches were ripped and worn. The house needs a serious cleaning. I had to wipe who knows what off the bathroom wall. All of the toilets had a bad smell to them. Very dusty house with quite a few just had a general overall dirty look.This house is in a great location for what our family enjoys. It is well equipped with bikes. We enjoyed the foosball table and the size of the house.

This house is a great space for a larger group. Plenty of space for everyone, really good price point, and overall a nice stay. It had a large amount of essentials in the kitchen which was really nice to utilize. The property itself could use a little TLC and maybe a deep clean. The downstairs shower did have a leak that you could tell has been an issue for sometime, several pieces of furniture have seen better days, and a few visible nooks and crannies could use a good cleaning, drawers, around the washer and dryer, etc, where dust, hair, and debris were noticeable. I did send a message of broken or damaged items to the host and they were very quick to reply, advising they would address the maintenance needed with the property management.

Clean home, perfect location. We all had our own space, enough room in the house. Perfect place!

We had an awesome time staying here. Lots of bikes to use, sharc passes, game room. The layout of the home was perfect. There were 10 of us and we all felt there was plenty of room and bathrooms. Definitely would stay again!

Family Annual Trip

Our family of 13 stayed here in June. The house was very comfortable for us all. Equipped nicely and location was great. Also very convenient that they had bikes available for the family. The whole family agreed that they would all love to go back

Spacious and nice location

Spent five nights with nine family members. We had plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the trails. Would stay again. The only bummer was it rained instead of snowed.

Family staycation

Overall the house is great, the space is great but the house needs some maintenance two of the toilets need new parts to flush or not run constantly. Having the sharc passes was awesome to take the family swimming and the game room was awesome for the kids

The location of the house and the house itself was great. The house was not as clean or stocked with necessities as you would expect a rental to be. The kitchen floors were sticky and didn’t look like they had been swept or mopped in a while. There was only 1 garbage bag in the kitchen with no extras and about 1/4 roll of paper towels left on the roll on the counter. Some of the kitchen ware was still dirty (had bacon grease still in the baking sheet, some utensils needed to be rewashed before use). The fridge in garage never got cold. There were dirty socks, water bottles and candy wrappers in one of the rooms. Overall the house worked well for our group, just wish there was more attention to detail with the day to day use and ease of things.

Family Reunion was a Blast

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. This rental was just what our family needed as a base for a family reunion. Plenty of beds and living area for our multi-generational group. The bikes and Sharc passes were a wonderful add to the week. Fort Rock park is a quick bike ride, walk, or drive and was a daily gathering location for pickleball, kickball, and other games.
