Very comfortable, spacious, clean, & quiet. well stocked kitchen. Solid walls stopping sound from traveling. Lovely views of the golf course from the deck. Access to the Sunriver Mall was a 5 min walk across the 13th fairway and Abbot Dr. the SHARC is nearby Lots of bikes, games and fun. We loved our stay.

Great location

We recently stayed at this home in Sunriver and really enjoyed the location—it’s perfectly situated close to the village and SHARC, which made getting around super easy and convenient.The house itself is a bit outdated and wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed in, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. There were some issues during our stay with jacuzzi and a dryer that wasn’t functioning. That said, the host was responsive and made an effort to accommodate us by providing extra towels and trying to help where possible.Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the space and location. With a little more attention to cleanliness and some updates, this could be an exceptional rental.

Great for a family together

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful stay this summer. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The house sits on the 12th hole of the golf course and is a quick and easy walk to the village. We had excellent customer service through the management company. The communication was great and they handled our two small issues promptly. The only negatives were that the dishwasher left dishes a bit dirty and there were no sheets for the pull out couch in the house. Thankfully, we were able to reach out to family member to bring sheets. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. We enjoyed use of the SHARC passes and the kids loved all of the various activities in the house (pool table, ping pong, movies, etc). We would happily stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: This property is in a very conveniently located area. Very close walk & bike to the village and SHARC along with easy access to the trails. Home was clean & equipt with all the necessities. CONS: Cleaning crew was still there upon check in time and was waiting in driveway with all of their stuff for about 15 minutes waiting on their ride which made check in/ unloading a little awkward. The hot tub had brown murky water that continued to worsen with us. We lost a day of use waiting on maintenance to come. Two of the bikes provided had wobbly tires and were extremely noisy. We ended up renting an extra bike which cost us $. Lastly the pillows provided were like pancakes which were very uncomfortable and left several of us with sore necks. All in all we had a great time.
