2 bedrooms have ensuites.

All New kitchen, baths, floors, closets and Deck with new 4 Person Hot tub on Deck.

1st floor: bedroom 1 - Queen with twin bunk on top and private ensuite

1st floor: bedroom 2 - Bunk room has a Twin over twin and a Full over full.

Main floor/ 2nd floor bedroom Queen with private ensuite

3rd floor/Loft: has 2 additional full pull out chair beds

3rd bathroom is on 1st floor in hallway with laundry.

Fireplace, back deck and mtn views.

Walk to lift, main lodge, village and so much more.
All new kitchen and dining space (4 counter bar stools and seating for 6 at table)
Community house with hot tub and ping pong/games.
Also available for summer, for rates inquire. Towels and linens included.
Stratton mountain fitness club has indoor pool/tennis/fitness classes and more pay by the day, just a quick walk.

House was great location to slopes. 5 minute walk to ski on/off!! Owners provided wood for fire which was nice to have after skiing and hot tub was amazing.

Family Ski Break

Had a wonderful time! House was perfectly suited for 2 families. Proximity to slopes was excellent. Highly recommend for your Stratton ski trip.

Our kids have grown up on Killington and Stratton mountain. Our son is now a part of the USA SA futures tour and our daughter a part of the stratton ski coach team.
It’s a great time when you all love the same thing- ski and snow!

Why they chose this property

Community is amazing with a great pool and club house but more importantly being able to walk to the village and ski on off every morning. Our location gives us the ability to see the mountains and assess/plan our day accordingly. All seasons rental it is amazing!

What makes this property unique

Sun sets, Mountain View’s, lift views, ski on ski off, deck hot tub, community pool, games room and large hot tub!
