Come and enjoy all that this spacious and beautifully renovated 2-bedroom home has to offer. A large private yard that is nestled in and among mature trees that overlooks a pond filled with wildlife. Relax on the patio or get your fixings ready for roasting marshmallows for delicious S'mores in the natural
and stone firepit. We accommodate up to 4 people, (1 King and 1 Queen). The dining room table expands and is centrally located in the downstairs living area.

Great spot near downtown Excelsior

We stayed her for our annual college friend trip as it was close to downtown Excelsior (more our style now that we’re in our 40s) and has easy access to the lake. The place was very nice, clean, easy check-in, and one of the better check-out/cleaning procedures I’ve seen in a while. Would definitely recommend!

Exceptional place to stay!

This beautifully decorated two-story duplex was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. A block off the walking path, it’s just a half-mile walk to charming downtown Excelsior. We hope to stay there again.

Clean and Updated

The house is actually nicer than the pictures give credit for. Too bathrooms, two bedrooms, two family rooms. Absolutely spotless. The bed sheet for the softest I've ever slept down, I was trying to figure out the brand name of them! Location is perfect. You can take your bikes or just walk across the street and you're on the Minnetonka Regional Trail. Highly recommend.

A hidden gem

This property was everything we expected. The photos provided gave us a perfect glimpse of the home. It was fantastic!! We felt right at home when we arrived. We were not at all disappointed. The home was clean, comfortable, and accessible off County Road 19—5 minutes from downtown Excelsior. We cannot say enough about this property. We promise anyone that stays here, "you will not be disappointed". Wonderful hosts who would check in just to make sure we were comfortable. Enjoy your stay. You will be glad you chose this property.

Great home - not walking distance to Downtown

The home was beautiful - clean, comfortable and cozy! The only notes I have are in regards to location. It isn't really walkable to downtown Excelsior as I was led to believe. However, it was a short Uber ride everywhere- just make sure to book15 mins in advance (since they aren't as plentiful). It was a great place to bring friends to experience the bounty of Minnesota summers - including lake life and the Minnesota State Fair! I would absolutely book again.

Clean property

The master bed was quite uncomfortable. We could have used more towels. The kitchen only had one towel and one dish rag. The blue chair in the living room was broken or at least felt broken when sat in.

This is a disappointment to hear a guest was not completely satisfied with our new and completely renovated property. 1st I would like to point out that we leave 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and wash cloth per guest. We provide washer and dryer with detergent in the property as well. The brand new chair that they claim was broken prior to their arrival, was broke by them or the child they brought that was not disclosed when making reservation. They reserved for 4 adults. We did not charge for damages as Jim was able to fix the damaged spring. The King bed is a new 12" thick Memory Foam that is liked by many, not everyone has the same liking. We are available to help with any questions that our guests have at anytime during stays. We were not informed of the need for additional towels or other kitchen towels needed.
