Gather & make memories at the Vitality Retreat! Located a block from historic downtown Washington restaurants/shops/bars, you will have ample amenities to accommodate a fun and rejuvenating stay. Fenced yard! Enjoy coffee in the gazebo, yard games, or 1-block walk to the riverfront! 15-20 minutes to wineries, 45 minutes from STL. Family friendly, we even have a kids nook! Location perfect for memory making. Enjoy the music-themed living room with a record player and plenty of games for your group! 4 BRs, 4 en-suite bathrooms ensure ample space. Guests love that everyone gets their own bathroom! Washer and dryer located in basement.

The house is very charming and spacious. We really liked how each of the rooms has its own bathroom. It was very clean, and nicely decorated and full of little details which made our stay enjoyable. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. If we ever come to the area again, we would definitely stay here!

This is an amazing place to stay! Close to the riverfront and great restaurants and shopping. House was exceptional, clean, had everything we needed, yard was beautiful. The owner was great to work with! Would definitely stay there again!

The Vitality Retreat is everything you can want and more. The host is extremely responsive. The house is clean and beautifully decorated and is very close to downtown Washington, MO. My family stayed here for a weekend wedding at Triple 3 vineyard. From the luxury towels to the little things like having a bottle of wine and snacks available upon your arrival, I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars!

This is a FANTASTIC property for a group 10! Very clean. Great outdoor sitting area. Host very responsive to our questions pre-trip. Liked the basket of welcome goodies and pamphlets about things to do in the area. Plenty of room for people to spread out and relax. Full kitchen. City park just a block away. Downtown with shops and restaurants a short 10-minute walk away. Would highly recommend this property and will use it again if needed. Glenn & Jean

We had a lovely visit to Washington. The home was well situated near downtown and within easy drives of a number of vineyards. The home was very clean, spacious and charming. Would stay here again on future visits.

Kaitlyn is a fantastic host. This was our 3 or 4th year hosting our family Thanksgiving here. The home is well suited for our celebration and everything is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this home.

Loved this home!! So warm and comfortable. The towels and sheets smelled wonderful. Loved the goodie basket with chips and wine!! There were 7 of us there and we had plenty of room. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the back yard. Plenty of seating and a covered porch so we didn't get wet when it rained. Walked to downtown stores and was an easy drive to st. Louis. Would definitely stay again. Also, Katie, the host was responsive and very kind. Thank you to her for making her home so welcoming!!

So Charming!

This is an outstanding home for people with larger dogs because it has a 6' fenced yard. The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The owner is very gracious and responsive as well, so all 3 of us had a wonderful visit for the week.

Loved the decor and cleanliness, beds were comfortable, details were extra special in the quality of the towels and bedding. The only thing that we feel could have been better is the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on. Overall it was amazing!!

The Vitality Retreat was a wonderful experience. Our family & us stayed there to attend our daughter's wedding at a local venue. The home was so very nicely done, comfortable, clean, family oriented with the games, backyard, vinyl records, ample dining area & comfortable beds. The host provided great communication and we couldn't be happier. Absolutely high rating for property & host!!

Hi there! My name is Katie. I live in Minnesota but I fell in love with Washington Missouri! Furnishing and developing this home have been one of the biggest achievements in my life, and I take a lot of pride and joy in making this place awesome for guests! I am a mother of an awesome 10-year-old son and we love coming to visit and making the house better every time we visit. We have a tradition of going to the local thrift store and thrifting items for the kids nook. It is my absolute pleasure to host you and I hope to create other spaces in Washington to continue to host awesome guests like you!
