Sunset Vibes Condo - spacious 3BR, pool - Lewes, close to everything

Our beautiful, spacious condo has everything you and your family/friends need!

4 miles to Lewes Beach, 5.4 miles to Rehoboth Beach, and 6.6 miles to the beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park with walking/biking trails and beach access.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit with lots of natural light is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet community with plenty of free parking and a gated community pool steps away from the building!
**Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day**

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.


Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use our full size washer and dryer to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home.

*Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are 3 TVs in the condo that are equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime for you to log into.

For beach days, guests will have access to beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels (please do not use bath towels on the beach).

For the stay at home and cook nights, guest will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, pots/pans, and an airfryer.

There is also a bike rack in the parking lot near the blue dumpsters for you to lock up your bike if you brought it. Please do not bring bikes into the condo.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
- Please put all used bath towels on the floor of the bathrooms. -Please put beach towels in the washer and turn it on.
-Please take your trash and dispose of it in the Dumpsters provided in the parking lot across from the building. -Please put pool swipe key back into the House Binder.
-Please strip the used beds and put used sheets/pillow cases on the floor for the cleaners to retrieve. -Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Spacious and Comfortable Rental with Some Minor Drawbacks

Positives The rental was a standout for its spaciousness, comfortably accommodating our group of 5 adults without feeling cramped. Several amenities made our stay convenient and pleasant. **Linens and Towels-Clean linens were provided, which eliminated the need to pack or purchase our own bedding and bath towels. **Toiletries-The bathroom was well-stocked with essential toiletries, a thoughtful touch that made our arrival more comfortable. **Check-In Process-The check-in was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to quickly settle into our vacation home. Areas for Improvement While overall we enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could use some attention: **Carpet Condition-The carpets showed signs of wear and could benefit from professional cleaning or replacement to improve the overall appearance of the space. **Bathroom Fixtures-The shower head in the master was leaky and the second bath squealed while using hot water- minor issue. **Wi-Fi Connectivity-This was our most significant challenge. We experienced frequent dropouts that disrupted our ability to use any streaming services. Additionally, accessing streaming platforms with our own user accounts, as advertised, required an inconvenient 5-digit PIN, which complicated our entertainment options. Overall Impression Despite a few drawbacks, we were satisfied with our stay. The rental's ability to comfortably house 5 adults while providing essential amenities made it a worthwhile choice.
