Location! The view from this condo is so preety. All you have to do is walk accross the road and you are on the beach or a great walking path along the beach. Just a few blocks to the North and you have the quant downtown with food and music.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wifi didn't work and when we called on it they told us it was privacy issues on our devices which we'd never had that issue any where else. Also there were several items broke "ie" cabinets tables bedside lamp carpeting was very dirty and the leather couch had seen better days

The location is amazing for beach goers. Beautiful sunsets almost every day with an unobstructed view. The pictures are not up to date. The purple and teal rooms and bathroom are very neutral toned now. There was no rug in the living room or pillows for the couch. Surfaces and refrigerator were very clean. Host checked in on us through text which was very friendly. We did play the who's doing laundry with the neighbor since its shared. The one thing that stood out was the disgusting carpet from the stairs and bedrooms. It felt and looked dirty. Probably due to being a rental. I would stay here again and/or rent the other side. It was a good price for my trip.

Convenient Rental

This property is super convenient to the beach and to restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. We had a very relaxing stay.

Great location!

Aside from some hurricane clean up, this unit had great location, great views and cozy comfort. Some interior updates are needed but not an issue when that white sand beach 30 feet away is calling!

Anniversary stay

It was very nice for a Anniversary get away. The sun rise and the sun sets were just beautiful. The sound of the waves hitting the shore , so relaxing , with the beach across the street. We were very satisfied.

Fun in the sun

A great place to stay. Traveled with someone with limited mobility and the location of property was ideal for accessing the beach and local venues with ease.

A couple of unwanted Palmetto beetles, furniture warn, but in all, would stay again, great spot for beach people and very short walk to waterfront tiki bar.

It was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Perfect for what we needed and so glad they could accommodate my dogs. Company was also easy to work with.

A beach lovers paradise

Such a great location. The beach is right across the street. The sounds of having to cross the street may sound discouraging, but the traffic is very slow and they let you cross as soon as you want to. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of stairs, but that was a good thing after eating all the good food in the area.The village is within a short walking distance with a lot of good eateries and entertainment. There is still a lot of storm damage around the area, but things are getting fixed. Bring a flashlight, because there aren't any streetlights when walking back to the unit. We used our phones, but could have used more light. We plan to stay there again next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Asked property owner for a credit to reschedule vacation due to the named Storm in the area. He did not. So we lost $1500.

The vents in the condo had not been cleaned in a while. Couldn't use the kitchen for that main purpose. Too many stairs and while there on Wednesday at 5 p.m. came down to go to dinner and my windshield in my car was cracked from some debree since it had set there for two days and not been used. Wouldn't tell anyone about the property. TV's could not be used, except for news and thats not for a vacation.
