The city of Palm Desert also does not allow marketing it as sleeping 6, requiring only marketing as four. This is their short term rental code. We have complied with their remarkably coherent 😂city codes. Guests can use common sense as necessary when considering our property and layout as our valued guests. All rooms have windows and or skylights, state of the art carbon monoxide and smoke detectors per building codes we purchased and renovated with approved city of Palm Desert plans, permits and signed off final inspections.
