Calme et tranquillité sans route ni voisinage à part la maison de Mathieu, à la lisière de la forêt avec une vue dégagée sur la campagne. A 7 km de Toucy, 20 km de Guédelon et Saint Fargeau. Balançoire, lit parapluie, chaise haute, lave vaisselle, lave linge, WIFI. Randonnées au départ de la propriété. Gîte nature authentique et vintage : aucun insecticide, jardin au naturel, respect de la faune et la flore.
