The Houghton house is located off of a peaceful canal in Houghton Lake, just minutes away from the crystal clear waters of renowned Higgins Lake! It is basically a brand new home, just completed fall in 2022. We have been told it still has that "new house smell"!
**Guest have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage, one closet in the primary bedroom and one small cabinet under coffee bar
