Couldn’t dream of a better rental. Had a great time, lots of space and things to do! Local to a lot of golf courses and will be coming back!

The inside of the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The furniture and appliances are very nice and the beds are comfortable. There was plenty of room for the nine adults and four children we had staying. All the rooms are well appointed. However, The basement rooms are cold and damp. There is a deck across the lake side of the house accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom. There is a patio under the deck accessible from the basement. All the furniture on both levels is very nice. While the inside of the house is very clean, the outside is a different story. Both levels outside could use a good cleaning. There is dirt, spiders and bugs ( dead and alive) around all the doors and windows and on all the furniture . Spraying everything down with a power washer would help a lot. I was also not able to find a broom to brush the areas down myself. A broom would be a good addition. Also the rug on the bottom level was very moldy and needs to be removed or replaced. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced. It was completely water logged.This house has a lot of extras like games, toys, child beds, kayaks, and paddle boards. The dock is huge and very nice. All in all, It was very nice place to rent. However, I did try to call the owner a few times to ask a question and the phone went right to his voice mail (which was not set up) every time. I’m just happy I did not have a big problem because there would not have been a way to get a hold of him.

We're so glad the inside of the house worked well for your group of nine adults and four children, and that you enjoyed the space, comfort, and all the extras like the kayaks, paddle boards, and the dock. We appreciate the detailed feedback on the outdoor areas, the moldy rug, and the hot tub cover, and we'll prioritize power washing the outdoor spaces and look into replacing those items. We're sorry you had trouble reaching us by phone, and we'll make sure voicemail is set up going forward so guests can always get through.
