New king bed and mattress, New floor, new kitchen, new bath, strong AC's in both bedroom and living room, oversized balcony, fast wifi, 50” smart tv, beach chairs available. The complex has swimming pool available and some recreational areas. There is parking inside available. SJU airport is around 35 min away from Luquillo. The complex is nearby highways to visit El Yunque, local beaches, ferry or boat tours. Enjoy the East of the Island, the best area.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is great, the area is safe, and the building is secured. The views from the balcony are amazing. The apartment was fully stocked, we lacked for nothing. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communications with the host were excellent.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo. Check in was easy enough. The view was great. It was unfortunate that our neighbors were chain smokers and would alternate between cigarettes and Marijuana. We loved having the doors open so we could listen to the waves, however sometimes the smells were just too strong. The air conditioning worked great when we couldn't have the doors open. It was nice having coffee supplies and some basic cooking supplies in the kitchen. There were a few areas of concern with the cleanliness of this condo, but that was addressed with the owner so hopefully that won't be a concern for the next guest. The beach chairs were great and snorkel equipment was nice to have too. If we were to return to Puerto Rico we would consider staying here again. Several restaurants nearby and grocery store across the street.

Incredible View

This condo was perfect for the two of us. The view from everywhere in the unit was incredible and we could hear the sounds of the waves The temperature was easy to adjust with separate A/C units in the bedroom and in the living area. The check-in instructions were very clear. The area felt safe to walk around with many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and bars. The beach is absolutely stunning and just a short walk from the building. We will definitely stay here again.

The title for this property should be, "old and tired". Photos do not show the true condition of property and the photos are clearly right after they fixed up the property. I have photos that show the true condition of property inside and out. The whole building is old and out of date, it is near public housing with security telling us not to walk in that area, the walls were dirty, the air condition leaked on the bed, that bathroom is small, not well lit and had mold near the shower head. Walls were cracked and plaster was missing as well as rusty plate covering electric in kitchen and a missing fire detector. White couch and chair in photo were not there and the furniture that is there was dirty and old. Stove and refrigerator worked. The gate to get into the property always had a line to get into the property and you had to use keys to get and out of pool as well as access to the beach. There are not good restaurants or bars close to the property that we felt safe going to and the building seemed to be a neglected retire home where the HOA does not want to pay capital improvements. Pool was clean and view from the old crumbling balcony was nice. Kelly got stung by a bee while were sitting outside at night which was very surprising. These complaints were brought to the owner attention, and he said that he would get the walls cleaned and fixed which I would not hold my breath on that happening. Don't stay in any condo in this building with other guests also unhappy.

The property was very nice, with a king size bed! The unit was very clean and has an awesome view! We would definitely stay there again! We were here for two weeks this time, and they were great!
