4 bedroom 3 bath house minutes from the National and downtown Augusta with a great backyard located in Evans Georgia. The Backyard is great for hosting or winding down the day with dinner by the pool, or drinks around the fire pit. There is a gas grill and a 36 inch Blackstone for your cooking pleasure! We are located in a quiet neighborhood, Convenient to shopping and Restaurants.
The home has recently been updated with fresh paint and brand new carpet upstairs, and new mattresses on the beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar with a Keurig and a drip coffee maker and a breakfast nook with seating for 4!
The dining room is set up for 8 but the additional leaf allows seating for 4 more if needed.
There is an office with printer/copier and WiFi equipped in case you need to get a little work done.
All bedrooms have Smart TVs for late night updates on the Leaders and Tee Times for the morning ahead!
