Great location on a quiet street. The home is beautiful and well appointed. Weekly visits from the landscapers and pool guy kept everything neat and the pool sparkling.Short walk to the beach and a very private heated pool gave us a very nice winter break.

My family and I absolutely loved everything about this house. It was in the perfect location and very safe to walk to the beach with it only taking a few minutes. The pool was warm and my kids loved swimming in it. It was probably the best stocked kitchen and supplies at any house I’ve ever stayed at. We hardly had to purchase any of our own supplies and the host even supplied us with some games for our family. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great location, nice house, fabulous heated pool. We could walk to South Beach and several restaurants. The street is quiet with hardly any traffic. The kitchen was well stocked. David was easy to communicate with.We rented a street legal golf cart and tooled all over Vero Beach. Highly recommend

Private pool and short walk to the beach and a few restaurants was awesome. Nice quiet street and lush tropical landscape. House had everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again! Would recommend not parking under the trees to keep your vehicle clean!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The house, pool, and location were perfect for our family. We did a lot of cooking in the large, well-stocked kitchen and the open floor plan allowed everyone to enjoy the fun. The covered patio and pool area was great for relaxing and dining. The gorgeous beach is just a short walk away. David was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We hope to stay again in this beautiful home. A Vero gem!!

The house was wonderful, kitchen has everything you needed to cook, beautiful large grill, comfortable mattresses, tv in every room. My only complaint was the pool deck, needed to be cleaned. Other than that we all enjoyed our stay very much.

Best rental ever

This house was one of the best rentals I stayed in for the price! Very well stocked with kitchen stuff to cook with, because we cooked all our own meals, don't think we needed anything. David got me a propane bottle for the grill, in a half day. Definitely would rent again if were in the area, pool was great, and the beach was a 7 minute walk!

The house has great bones. Unfortunately, it was not nearly as clean as expected. There was a lack of towels. No hand towels anywhere. We found an unclean one in the hall closet. Many of the towels that were available smelled rancid. The entire house smelled bad….maybe like a dog or pet of some sort? It was an unpleasant smell throughout the home. We really enjoyed the entertainment spaces. Family room, dining area and pool were nice. Overall check in process was also easy.
