Welcome to Villa Kaitak – A Stylish Retreat with Incredible Sea Views
Villa Kaitak is a beautifully designed, detached villa offering panoramic sea views, elegant outdoor spaces, a private swimming pool, and a peaceful setting just a 10–15 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan. Decorated to an exceptional standard throughout, one of its standout features is the stunning rooftop bar—an unforgettable place to enjoy a sunset drink.
Inside the Villa
On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a bright, open-plan living and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto the pool terrace. The contemporary kitchen features marble worktops, a well-equipped layout, and a stylish island breakfast bar overlooking the pool. The living space is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a fireplace. A graceful spiral staircase leads to the upper levels.
Also on this floor is a spacious double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace.
First Floor
The first floor includes two beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms—one master double and one twin. Both rooms open onto a large shared balcony offering sweeping views across the bay.
Roof Terrace
The rooftop terrace is one of Villa Kaitak’s most impressive features. Shaded by day and atmospheric by night, it offers the perfect spot to relax, take in the sea views, and watch the sun set. The private rooftop bar and fridge make it easy to prepare and enjoy your favourite drinks while soaking up the scenery.
Outdoor Living
The outdoor area offers plenty of privacy thanks to mature planting and greenery. The square-shaped pool (approximately 6m x 6m) features Roman steps with a handrail, making access easy for all guests. Surrounding the pool are generous sunbathing terraces, as well as a shaded alfresco dining area, a large custom stone BBQ, and an outdoor shower.
While the villa enjoys a peaceful setting, it remains conveniently close to local amenities—just a short walk from Kalkan’s centre and only minutes from the weekly Thursday market.
