Charmante villa de 3/4 chambres avec piscine privée et superbe terrasse sur le toit

Belle villa individuelle en pierre avec piscine privée qui est entourée d'une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec un coin salon en pierre couvert par une pergoda et offre un coin repas ombragé pour les repas en plein air avec barbecue à gaz, la villa est bien équipée pour se détendre et se détendre vacances.

La Villa a récemment fait installer une nouvelle cuisine et a été entièrement rénovée en bas avec de nouveaux meubles.

Nous avons également un refroidisseur d'eau parfait pour se rafraîchir pendant la journée.

La propriété bénéficie d'avoir une petite chambre simple hors de la chambre principale qui est accessible par une porte intérieure de la chambre principale et une porte extérieure vers le hall.

Les deux chambres King ont un balcon pour vous détendre tout en vous préparant pour la soirée.

Nous avons également 3 sèche-cheveux, rouleaux chauffants et lisseurs dans la Villa.

Il y a aussi un coffre-fort dans la propriété.

Nous avons une superbe terrasse sur le toit équipée de beaux meubles pour s'asseoir et regarder la vue imprenable - elle est couverte par une pergoda, donc donne de l'ombre en été. Nous avons également un réfrigérateur à l'étage, ce qui est très pratique si l'on prend un verre sur la terrasse.

La 4ème chambre au 3ème étage est une chambre double mais a un toit en pente mais entièrement climatisée.

Villa Tulo est dans un cadre calme sur la colline de Kiziltas avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Kalkan et les îles ainsi que sur la montagne à l'arrière de la villa. Il faut seulement 15 minutes de marche pour aller au village et aux rues pavées de Kalkan avec ses magnifiques boutiques et bars. Le port est sublime et la plage de galets a l'eau cristalline la plus étonnante. Kalkan a une excellente réputation comme ayant certains des meilleurs restaurants de Turquie et sont de la plus haute qualité pour cette expérience gastronomique. Il existe de nombreux clubs de plage à Kalkan, dont certains sont accessibles en bateau-taxi gratuit depuis le port. De nombreux clubs de plage proposent divers sports nautiques.

Lovely

Lovely villa, only 10 minute walk to centre of Kalkan. Taxi back was cheap at the equivalent of only about £2.50. Lovely roof terrace gives spectacular views over the bay at sunset. Local team available if any problems, who quickly respond. Great location if you have a hire car to explore the many sites around the area.

We had a great time at Villa Tulo.The photographs simply do not do the place justice. The grounds are setback from the road and although there are lots of properties nearby, they are staggered and designed in such a way that you are not overlooked. The walled area around the pool is the highlight of the property. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The pool is nice and deep and seemed bigger than the photos in real life and the nearby seating and dining areas are all linked in such a clever way, that even with our large family there was space for us all to do our own thing together.The inside of the property is equally well maintained, especially rhe kitchen and livong room. That contain EVERYTHING that you need to be comfortable. Barely a day went by without somebody shouting "oh wow, they even have a...!"The beds were super comforable and the balconies (especially the roof top balcony) have incredible views of Kalkan and are terrific to relax on whilst hearing the calls to prayer drifting over the mountainsideGillian is an incredible host. Her communications beforehand were excellent and her recommendations for airport transfers and taxi companies were cheaper than anything I could find on the internet and of the highest quality.The only potential sticking point would be the fourth bedroom. There are three spacious doubles on the 1st floor but the bedroom in the loft (also a double) has a very low ceiling which most adults would struggle to stand in.

Due to word limitation I cannot express how pleased we were with Villa TuloWe spent 15 nights at Villa Tulo, arrived late evening to a very generous welcome pack, easily the best we have had in our 10 yrs visiting Kalkan. Access to the Vila was easy enough via the key lock. Although the Villa is “above” the D400 do not let that put you off. The location is great. The views from the roof top terrace are amazing. You can walk down into town in around 20 mins, or it’s a 5 min taxi ride. Tip for taxi home, if your driver does not know Vila Tulo, just ask for Vila Kaz (its right facing)The pool & seating areas are much bigger than they appear on the photos with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and there is also a table and chairs at the side (out of the sun) which are great for dinners. The outside area is very private & clean.All bedrooms have extremely comfy beds & pillows, all have air con and the two bedrooms that have ensuites are very modern. No issues with hot water.As previously mentioned the roof top is amazing with great seating area, there is also a fridge up there to keep your drinks cool.The villa was cleaned mid stay (inc bed change) and the pool is also maintained (very early -you may not see him but rest assured it is) Gill also provides good quality hair dryers, hair straighteners and pool towels. Much better than the usual, something to consider when packing to save some space.Communication was excellent – there is nothing I could or would fault

Our stay at Villa Tulo was amazing. The instructions received prior were clear & helpful which made arrival a breeze. The Villa is beautiful, and immediately confirmed our great decision to stay here. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is incredible! Bedrooms are spacious, clean & beautifully furnished & the beds are very comfortable! With en-suite facilities our family never felt rushed. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater-although we ate out each night & utilised the Villa Eats takeaway app. It was perfect for breakfast & lunch too! The living room is comfortable, has a smart TV & stock of board games. The pool area is fab, clean and well maintained with sun loungers for all. Two amazing outdoor seating areas provide great space for evenings in.The villa is situated away from the street which feels private, it is up a steep hill but Kalkan supports the villas in this area. Groceries, takeaways & water delivered quickly via the ‘villa eats’ app-no need to leave the villa! There are supermarkets, restaurants within short distance. The taxis are so reliable & bookable on WhatsApp & cost 250tl to get into the old town, this made life a breeze. Kalkan is amazing, a beautiful town, it’s both lively, and calm with a touch of class - no brits abroad. Day trips to Meis Island (wow!), Saklikent Gorge for rafting (top day!) & Xanthos, Patara and Tlos for Lycian history were amazing! Gillian clearly loves this villa, thank you for sharing it with us!

Lovely stay in lovely villa

We spent 18 days in Villa Tulo, and could easily have spent 18 more. Communication with Gillian was excellent from the start, we felt welcome and well taken care of. Everything about the villa was as advertized and expected - and then some. Some highlights that made a difference: * The generous welcome pack was a lifesaver on our first night, as we arrived late after delays at the airport. Cold wine and beer in the fridge was more than we could have hoped for, along with other items for breakfast in the morning. * The plentifulness and quality of linens, especially towels for use by the pool * The roof top balcony with fridge and stunning views * The lovely shaded back yard with gas bbq and olive trees * The good sized pool and sunny pool terrace which felt very private * Good and stable wifi, even with four youths and one husband with occasional need to connect with the office * Well equipped kitchen with lots of utencils Kalkan is hilly, and the villa is high up, but the views and the breeze is worth it. I would say it is an easy walk down to shops, restaurants and old town - most days we chose to take a taxi back. Would absolutely recommend villa Tulo - hopefully we will be back!

We live in Falkirk in Scotland and have busy lives travelling all over the place with work, so it's lovely to be able to come to Villa Tulo to really unwind and relax completely.
