Experience luxury living at this pet-friendly beach duplex. Enjoy the cozy living area and large open dining area connected, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a beautiful wood dining table for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. Relax by your own private heated pool, or take a dip in the community heated pool. The outdoors also includes 2 decks off the Living Room and Master Bedroom, a charcoal grill and a boardwalk to the beach. For added convenience, a golf cart is included during your stay, and beach gear is available upon request. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this duplex is the perfect retreat. Come experience all the views Dorado Dunes #K and Port Aransas have to offer.

WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Golf cart included – subject to a $10 fuel charge, short term stays only

Cute house. 2 flights of stairs to get to the main living area so was hard on the grandparents. Kitchen well stocked. Bring laundry detergent, not provided. Bring your own pillows, they were all pretty deflated. No room for the queen with trundle to pull out and having any walking space..very tight quarters to try and fit a second bed. We used the upstairs fold out and bed and there are no curtains for privacy at night or light in the morning. Rods with clips but no curtain? Close to the beach. Golf cart convenient but really old and slow. Home was treated for pest and was not cleaned thoroughly afterward. Pool is accessible through the garage only.. so weird location and super tiny..lawn chairs to lay out would be nice only a few hard chairs. Not enough seating in the living room. Nice house just not the best fit for our crew of 6 would be better for party of 4..

Awesome location, clean and great space! I personally would have liked to have had shampoo & conditioner & body wash vs. an ALL IN ONE mixture. Lotion would have also been a plus… maybe even a small amount of laundry detergent. Good news- there’s a gas station down the road that has it all ;)

Wonderful stay!

This villa was perfect for our family of 4 for a Thanksgiving vacation. Close to the beach and the community pool was semi heated. We were comfortable our entire stay and would love to stay again.

Perfect family place!

Absolutely enjoyed this place. Made our vacay super easy with the beach gear and golf cart being there upon our arrival. We were so close to the beach! The mini pool was such a bonus with our kids (age 2 & 4). The beds were very comfortable as well. The stairs made me a little nervous but the place had baby gates available that we used at night in case our kids woke up. We will be coming back for sure!

Very clean and beautiful home.

This property was very beautiful and clean! We had a total of 7 people for our stay. 4 adults and 3 children. My favorite things were the beauty of the home, the little pool with a rinse off shower, the golf cart, and the appliances. We were only provided with 4 rollsu of toilet paper for three bathrooms, this quickly ran out. We also were needing to use the fold out couch and window bed but were not provided with enough linens. There were blankets and pillows but no sheets. This is not very hygienic. If those aren’t provided it would be good to be told so that we can bring them. Overall a great experience. Thanks! Overall I would definitely stay again.

We love Dorado Dunes #K, 4 stars! Everything we needed and amazing location! Great property managers, when our golf cart stopped working they swiftly replaced it while we were at dinner! We will be back again!

Beautiful property

Not as close to beach as I thought. Couldn’t identify a safe entrance to beach with golf cart therefore didn’t use it. Dipping pool was AMAZING and SO worth it to have heated. Truly enjoyed that.

Great Stay in Port Aransas

Great new accommodations and great response by management team. The only issue was the hot water was not working as expected during our stay in the new property and we had to move but the management team was prompt and responsive in addressing our needs.

We decided a little last minute to take a beach vacay. Life in paradise rentals had the Dorado Dunes K available. I was everything that was promised. Very clean inside and out. It had all the latest appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The private pool was a perfect place for us to relax and let our daughter swim. The golf cart provided easy access to the beach. The complex was very quiet and safe. We will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful beach home

We stayed at Dorado Dunes #K for 3 nights. The home is beautiful, new and had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. Beach access is nearby either by walking or a golf cart (recommend the cart with kids). Location is excellent, right next to Cinnamon Shores. The personal pool was such a bonus for our kids (2 and 4). The only negative thing I would mention is that for families with small ones the home has a lot of beautiful but breakable decor. We had to move things around to give the kids some space to be kids. Again the pool was a lifesaver in that regard. Overall this property was wonderful. The property management service was also very timely with responses.
