Everything you could want!

My family of 7 stayed for a wonderful 7 nights and had the best time. The location of the condo is so convenient, you’re close to everything but also not right in the hustle and bustle. We loved being so close to the state park. We loved being on the 4th floor where you could overlook the pool and beach and see the kids playing. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book again. Amazing experience and I recommend if you are going PCB Florida, stay here!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Suzie’s place. Location of the condo and cleanliness of it will have us coming back to stay. Check in/out was a breeze. The balcony furniture was very comfortable also. Just an all around great stay!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was absolutely amazing! It had a great view, comfortable beds and furniture, and was very spacious! The small touches were great, like the coffee supplies, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, small cooler and the beach chairs! The fans in the living area and bedrooms felt so good and were so quiet that we had to look them up online since now we want them for home! The resort itself was very nice with the closeness to the beach! We were thankful for the lounge chairs with umbrella on the beach and we enjoyed Liza’s near the pool for drinks. Since we did have some rougher weather occasionally through our 10 day stay, we also really enjoyed the heated pool. Suzie Sunshine also was just great! We had all the info we needed at the perfect time. I would definitely stay here again as well as any of their other rentals!

Very relaxing in this spacious clean condo overlooking the beach and gulf

Condo is clean, well stocked and has a great view of the gulf, beautiful white beaches, and great pool. The pictures don’t do the justice to this condo. We will definitely stay here again

Suzies condo is absolutely beautiful! It was clean, well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, she was very helpful and responsive, and made your stay excellent! Will definitely book with her again!

Family Vacation

The property was wonderful. Exactly as described. We had no issues at all for the 7 days we were there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had 7 people in our party, adults, teens and kids and accommodations were great for everyone. Staying at this property is highly recommended for a great vacation!

Out of all the places we stayed in Florida 11 years this was the best.

Beautiful condo, awesome pool, Great hot tub. The parking garage was fantastic. The location was great, It was quiet. The condo was very clean. I can’t compliment enough. Thank you Suzie so much.

Absolutley Amazing

This condo was clean, beautiful, and the views were breathtaking! The balcony was extremely roomy and a great place to relax and just enjoy the views and ocean sounds. Suzie was phenomenal and communicated throughout our stay and answered questions. We will definitely be back!!!

Great views, beautiful room, and awesome resort.

This is our 3rd year staying at Tropicana treasure. We absolutely love it. The condo is beautiful and comes with everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Suzie is a great host and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We will be returning again in July and cannot wait! Also, make sure you check out Liza’s, you won’t be disappointed. They have the best food and drinks and the owners are fabulous as well. I highly recommend Treasure Island Resort and Tropicana Treasure.

4 month Snowbird stay

We just finished our 2nd Snowbird stay with Suzie Sunshine and it was wonderful. Treasure Island Resort is one of the cleanest, safest and friendliest resorts I’ve ever been to. The workers are all great and so helpful. Suzie’s condo has the greatest view and a huge balcony which you will live on! The condo is spacious, well stocked and clean. We lacked for nothing. Suzie is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. But you will have none because it is perfect! See you again in November!

Wonderful Condo

Treasure Island is our favorite place to stay, and finding this 4th floor condo is the cherry on top!!! First the condo is very clean, plenty of seating in the living room, very well stocked with your kitchen needs. Being on the 4th floor we hardly used to elevators made loading and unloading from the car very easy. Would highly recommend this condo!!

Snowbirds from Michigan

We stayed at Tropicana Treasure for 5 months from Nov-March. It was a wonderful stay in Treasure Island Resort. The condo was clean, spacious, so comfortable and the view of the Gulf is just amazing. The balcony is a whole extra living area, it’s so big and has great furniture. Treasure Island Resort is one of the cleanest and friendliest places we have ever stayed. The pool and hot tub are fabulous! Suzie is a great host and quick to answer any questions. You will have a great trip if you stay here! 😎❤️

Nice, comfortable condo with a beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay here. This is our favorite resort in Panama City Beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms are nice with exception of the kind master bed was a firm mattress. My husband didn’t mind as that is his preference. The closet bunks are a good use of space and provided our little girls with their own beds. The balcony was large enough for a comfortable place to sit for all of us. This condo had everything we needed and wanted for the week.

Great Condo Great Host

Room was perfect. Location was perfect for my wife and I. We are older and dont get around as well as we used to. Close to elevators. Close to the parking. Quick acess to pool and ocean. Condo up to date. Fully stocked with essentials. Mattress was comfortable. Ceiling fans are new and move quite a bit of air keeping you nice and cool.

Amazing vacation rental!

First let me start by saying Suzie is the most responsive owner I have ever worked with! The room Was so clean and everything was perfect we would Definitely rent from Her again. Treasure island as a whole is amazing and clean and a perfect location
