Great location!

We had the best time! Short walk to fishing on the Kenai, and within a 2-hour drive to Homer and Seward. All the comforts of home plus some extras! Would definitely stay again!

Ron was truly the most helpful host during our recent stay. His assistance and flexibility allowed us to have a memorable family fishing experience. We were very impressed with the cleanliness - the cabin is SO clean I'm pretty sure you can eat off the floors, and the property was well-cared for. The kitchen was well-stocked, including an instant pot and a blender which was helpful. The fire pit lodge was a nice addition to enjoy the evening indoors making s'mores without mosquitos, and chatting with the other guests. Many thanks to Ron!

Thank you for staying at our property. It was very nice to hear what you commented on the Moose Cabin. So wonderful to have your family enjoy the Kenai Peninsula and all the fun adventures we do here. Even catching those salmon was fun to learn. Loved showing your husband some how to tips.

We had the best adventure on the Kenai Peninsula and are thrilled that we chose the Moose Cabin during our stay on the Kenai River! Ron and Katya were the best host we’ve ever had and even cheered us on as we reeled in our first Sockeye! The cabin was perfect and very clean! We would absolutely stay here again over and over! We enjoyed our evenings on the river bank cooking and fishing! Our 4 night stay here was the highlight of our Alaskan adventure!

Great location

Had a nice, relaxing stay. Great location, beautiful scenery. Excellent fire pavilion. Really friendly host! Would definitely book again. A TV might be a nice addition, to be able to see news etc in the evening. But, wouldn’t keep us from booing again ;)

We had a great time!!

Stayed in the Moose cabin and wolf den, both were immaculate!! Thank you Ron for helping us book our fishing trips. Captains Keith and Sean Smart made our trips the best!! Beautiful grounds and the fire pit was amazing. The fishing docks were great to fish or just relaxing on the river. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay!! Thanks again Ron for everything!!

Amazing cabin for any trip to the Kenai!

Moose cabin is an amazing cabin for any trip to the Kenai! We had a friends trip for fishing and the cabin and all the grounds at Eagle's Eye are simply amazing. Ron has put so much time and through into every detail of the cabin and the property to make it warm and inviting for guests, it is wonderful. You have everything you need for a perfect stay and have a remarkable experience. We will be back!

Our stay at the Moose Cabin exceeded our expectations!

Val and I were not sure what to expect on our first trip to, "The Last Frontier". Our stay at the Eagles Eye Vacation rentals in the Moose Cabin was above and beyond our expectations. The cabin was immaculate with all of the amenities that one could ask for. Ron was a perfect host and his love for Alaska and his property is plain to see. If I can give the indoor "Fire Pit" setup 10 stars I would.... what a perfect spot to relax and wind down from our successful days of fishing. It was our first visit and surely will not be the last. We sadly left Alaska but with our booty of fresh Halibut and Sockey salmon that we shipped with us we will be enjoying our stay for a long time We are now "hooked".on Alaska.

Amazing property. Best fire pit in Alaska!

Great cabin right on the Kenai river. My wife and 2 teen age boys stayed here for 7 nights; plenty of room, super clean and great fishing off his private river bank. The pavilion has an outstanding fire pit, with unlimited free wood. Ron was a perfect host and may know everyone on the peninsula for whatever you may need. Well worth the money!

This was our family's introduction to Alaska and it is going to be hard to beat. This property and all the cabins are truly amazing. You are surrounded by the feel of Alaska, steps from the river and all the fishing you could want to a grocery store in minutes. Alot of heart and soul has gone into this property and all it offers to visitors. Campfires, fishing, horseshoes, the company of other guests, and so much more. We will definitely return. Thank you Ron!

The cabin was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It fit my family of 2 teenagers and husband perfectly. We were able to fish the Kenai River from the back of the cabin comfortably. The cabin was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and black out blinds. This cabin was easily accessible to markets and restaurants. Ron was the best host who had wonderful recommendations of great places to eat and gave us wonderful history of his cabins. We had the most amazing time and cannot wait to return!!! This was the highlight of our trip.

Perfect for the 4 of us

Beautiful property, super nice hosts with helpful information, some extras/equipment available for use making things more convenient, very accommodating with requests. Moose cabin was new and clean, comfortable, well equipped and stocked, great furniture/sheets/towels/kitchen equipment, nice quality and beautifully decorated. It was a treat to have the river just down the hill and ability to access it to try our hand at fishing. Great central location only an hour and a half from Seward, just over that to Homer for our other excursions. If my dream comes true and I get to return, I will definitely get a hold of Ron and Katya and book my accommodations with them. Highly recommend!
