This home is located about 4 miles from The Masters. Close to the interstate, downtown Augusta, town of Evans, and Washington Rd. Many places to eat and shop. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and 2 car garage. Fully stocked kitchen. There is a back patio with table, seating area, gas grill and blackstone for your use. A TV is also outside to enjoy watching The Masters. There is also a golf cart that is available to ride around the neighborhood.
