Welcome to paradise! Mara Laguna, a resort community tucked between a lagoon and the Caribbean Sea on Ambergris Caye, is situated about a mile north of central San Pedro and is easily accessible. Enjoy access to a community outdoor pool. If you're more into outdoor activities, you can visit the beautiful Boca del Rio Park, which is ideal for fishing and swimming. For your convenience, a cafe and supermarket are just across the street.

This second-floor condo was recently renovated by a new homeowner and is ideal for a family getaway, a couple's escapade, or even a thrilling vacation with your friends. The spacious waterfront balcony is perfect for enjoying meals and hanging out with family and friends. The terrace can be accessed through the bedrooms and the living area, where you can kick back and watch your favorite movies or shows on the TV. Hidden Gem!

The condo was perfect for our party of 3 and would be perfect for two couples as well. Master bed and bath are huge. Second bedroom and bath was good size as well. Property was clean and condo was clean. There were plenty of amenities provided and having the washer and dryer was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone! Everyone on the property was nice, cheerful and always waving and saying hello!
