Made our vacation perfect

Our stay was wonderful! Property was beautiful and spacious! Even though it rained quite a bit, the house was still wonderful for us to all be comfortable inside!

Hot Sun, Cool Pool!

The house was exactly as advertised and the host was super easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the back yard quite a bit, sitting by the pool and enjoying the sun. We would highly recommend this home!

Overall great experience

We would definitely return. Location is close to multiple different beaches and the house was great. Pool was one of the highlights very nice! Peaceful to say the least.

Great family getaway!

This house was perfect for us! It is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and backyard are awesome. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short drive to the beach and fun restaurants. I am so thankful for hosts that allow dogs as we prefer to take our girl on our adventures with us. Speaking of hosts, they were easy to reach and very helpful. We hope to visit again this summer!

Great family time

Absolutely beautiful house highly recommend for family and also for a couple. House provide all you need making it feeling home. Excellent neighborhood, closed to beach and restaurants . Cindy went above and beyond having furniture items for our toddler always a quick response to any concern . Definitely a place to come back.

Family

My family came to NSB for my grandmother’s funeral. The house was exactly what we needed. We were able to spend time together and reminisce. House was just as listing described. We would be willing to rent again next time we are in NSB.

Wonderful Home

Beautiful property, comfortable, and homey in a nice, quiet neghborhood. The house is even better than expected from photos. The pool was fantastic and so relaxing, especially at night with all the pretty lights. About a 15 minute drive to the beach, but all supplies needed are provided. We were in town visiting friends from the area. Lots of shops and food places nearby. Would definitely stay again on next visit. Highly recommend!

Quiet location, great pool!

Property was very nice! The pool was great! The outdoor lounge chairs could definitely use an update but the outdoor table was great! Back yard was big completely fenced - was perfect for our 4 legged traveling buddy. The house provided tons of towels, blankets, sheets, etc. had good kitchen equipment for cooking- even a crock pot which was a great surprise because I asked and was told there wasn’t one! We had just enough space for 8 of us.. our teenagers loved the pool area. We were about a 25 min drive to New Smyrna beach. The house has lots of beach and pool gear which was awesome- floaties, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. overall was a great stay and a nice, quiet location.

Thanks so much for the review. We are glad you all had a nice time. The kitchen items were listed in the listing including the crock pot. Sorry you missed it. We run a lot of properties so sorry if that was said. The best and easiest is to check the amenities list provided on the site. The owners have upgraded the patio lounges. They just bought the property and are trying to make sure they have all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Come on back and visit.

Absolutely beautiful home close to all

My family and I had the most amazing stay at this stunning home. They had everything you could need and more, from cookware to pool floats and games. I can't say enough wonderful things about this home and Cindy the property manager. She was amazing and was there to answer any questions and suggest places to go or see. She's the absolute best we just love her! My little girl was delighted with the beautiful inground pool we were in it day and night. We fully enjoyed every moment. Pool was warm and clean. We were in our glory. We are definitely going to stay here again on our future trips. We were so comfortable and happy here and made beautiful memories to last a lifetime! The home is close to everything, beach, stores, entertainment, in a charming quiet neighborhood. A thousand thank yous I'll be dreaming of this place untill we can be here again lol
