Bohemian Townhouse ground floor is conveniently located in the heart of the island just a few minutes from the port, 5 minutes away of a public parking lot and the touristic beaches such as M.Ammos.

Located directly opposite Tavern Alexandros, the property sits on a traditional cobblestone street. Due to its unique historic location, it is only accessible on foot, by bicycle, or by motorbike.

The studio features a double bed and an extra futon bed that can be additionally provided if needed. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a variety of appliances and cooking utensils to use, a private bathroom with a hydro-massage shower cabin and a washing machine with detergents, shampoo and cleaning products. Black-out curtains and mosquito nets are installed for your best convenience.

A coffee table and chairs are provided both indoors and in the property backyard space where you can smoke/vape and dry your clothes under sun or enjoy your meals outdoors under the lemon tree.

Please note that our central location is opposite Tavern Alexandros, which features a daily music program from 19:00 to 23:00. This ambient sound, as well as occasional cooking aromas or cigarette smoke from the venue, may impact infants, light sleepers, or guests with severe sensitivities and allergies to cooking odors. However, any external noise or odors can be effectively minimized by keeping the windows closed and utilizing the air conditioning system.
