Amazing Hosts!

Our group was in town for a dance competition at the Mid-America Center and this was the perfect place for us. Everything was as described in the listing and the host was prompt when answering any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely stay here again during our next competition in Omaha.

This house is in a great neighborhood.?it was beautiful and quiet. The house was well equipped for a stay with a baby. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Omaha visiting family!

Really nice place to stay with easy access to places we needed to go. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Only thing we would have liked is more than 1 tv preferably for the basement and maybe dressers or bench for clothes in the bedrooms.

The only issue we had was not having a powder room on the main floor. The house has a great modern kitchen. All rooms were very spacious. Beds were ver comfortable.

Unfortunate weather circumstance

The home is a beautiful older home in a great area of Omaha. My wife and I were looking forward to a week long stay to see and visit the city. However, a heavy thunderstorm hit the area the first late afternoon we arrived, and the lower level took on water. The owners responded quickly and had a crew there the next day to work on it, but it shortened our stay. However, the owners handled the problem quickly and professionally. We appreciated that.

Great place for a family to stay!

This property is so lovely and homey. We had 4 adults and three children 8,6,2. The basement was a perfect spot for them to play. It was so warm down there. The main floor was perfectly appointed. Comfy furniture and open floor access to kitchen and dining rooms. Great kitchen and appliances! The bedrooms all being upstairs was good for us but any one with mobility issues would not be good here. Bathrooms are all upstairs as well. If any drawback it would be that. Parking on the street was a challenge at times but over all a great stay!

ā€¢Home has 5 beds however they charged me 120 extra for having 5 ppl. ā€¢Air conditioner is 2 small for a home that size. We could not get upstairs cool at all!! ā€¢Basement had a bad old home smell to it.ā€¢Garage parking is too small to fit normal size car or SUVā€¢Parking is in back however, the unit did not offer key to the back door, had to walk around to front door.ā€¢Parking space is shared, not enough room to park car and have car door open from both sidesā€¢Front yard was rubbish, arrived with soda can and some chemical container on front stepsā€¢Upstairs master bedroom, moved curtain and an old water bottle roll out on the floor. ā€¢Upstairs master bedroom, moved curtain and an old water bottle roll out on the floor. ā€¢Master bedroom bathroom sink was so small, no counter space to put toiletriesā€¢Many scratches and scrapes on floors and walls; unit needs to updated
