Visit us during the Christmas season for an extra special Christmas experience. Cozy up around the fireplace and enjoy the festive atmosphere. 🎄
This quaint farmhouse with lots of sleeping space and outdoor amenities. This picturesque house sits on 20 acres of farmland and is surrounded by vineyards. The home has easy access to local wineries in the Templeton Gap District (Hansen Cab House and Bovino are across the street). The home was just renovated with new flooring, beds, mattresses, a fridge, a washer, and a dryer. The yard is getting a nice spruce up and new patio furniture so guests can enjoy our fabulous summer evenings.
Experience the simplicity and serenity of life on a farm with a rental house that provides a cozy retreat. Get back to nature, enjoy some fresh air, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Our host was very easy to contact! We had an amazing 3 day weekend. Close to the wineries and Sensorio. The home was adorable and decorated perfectly. Definitely the perfect place if you’re visiting for wine tasting and the coastline.

Great property with plenty of space for a group. Loved the outdoor and indoor spaces for gathering, along with the hot tub for relaxing. Quiet getway with rustic vistas including some farm animals. While it looks far from town on the map it was an easy drive to come and go.

In one word, fantastic! 10/10. This Home had everything. Well appointed, rustic and charming. Indoor and outdoor fun with games and hot tub and fire pit. Easy drive to areas in the region, including vineyards, stores and restaurants, and a beautiful 45 minute drive down to the coast communities of Cambridge and Cayucos. Excellent & quick communication with owner when we had a question.The icing on the cake was being on the property for feeding time at the farm with new baby goats and chickens, calves, and a horse. Our “Littles” couldn’t have been more thrilled to participate in bottle, feeding a calf and holding a baby kid. This was one of our all-time best stays at any VRBO and would highly recommend!

Great stay for a 50th BDay weekend. House and grounds spacious, there were 7 of us that fit comfortably. Very cute modern-farmhouse decor. Hot tub was AWESOME! Would recommend.

The property is beautiful! Being able to visit the farm animals was a plus for us! The “farmhouse” with its thoughtful decor was warm and inviting. It was very clean and kitchen had all that was needed to cook in. Hot tub was already heated and enjoyed. The beds were comfy. Overall, great experience. The communication with host was good with prompt responses. I highly recommend!

Gorgeous property

Everything was so beautiful, the house, the location, we will definitely be coming back for a longer visit so we can enjoy the area. We were in town for a wedding so it was a short trip, but everything was lovely and I can’t wait to come back!

Family Getaway in Paso

We loved our stay at the farmhouse! Fantastic amenities, plenty of room for folks to stretch out, grab a glass of wine and relax. If your family are also animal lovers you definitely don't want to miss staying at the farmhouse!

Rustic Roots Ranch is 20 acres of vineyards and farm pasture. Our family lives at the back of the 20 acres and we rent the house near the front of the property. There is ample space and plenty of privacy. Guests are free to enjoy the house and the attached yard or venture further onto the farm and enjoy some of the farm animals. We often have several new baby goats playing in the pasture.

The ranch is in the Templeton Gap wine district and there are many wineries in the area, a few that are within walking distance. Bovino Winery is across the street and the Cab House Hansen's Winery is half a block. The property is quaint and peaceful with lots of scenic views. Enjoy one of our stunning sunsets or drive into town for a gourmet dinner in Paso Robles.
