Nice place with a partial view of the ocean Beach was nice and not crowed....we got our work out in because of the many stairs to the beach....Close to Del Mar and their great food options and the horse track.....I would recommend.

Stairs, stairs, stairs

Our rental was spacious and nice but my sister and I were renting while we recovered from a surgery. There were many stairs that we were not aware of beforehand. There are no elevators or ramps anywhere which made it difficult when taking luggage in/out and going back and forth to appointments. Also, we rented for 12 days and we’re given enough towels, trash bags and toilet paper for 4 days. We were told to go to grocery store when we requested more trash bags. After complaining they gave us 8 more.

Friends get away

The Pelican’s Penthouse was a fantastic condo. We were going to concerts at Belly Up in Solana Beach and it’s lication was ideal. We were able to walk to Cedros Design District and all of the bars and restaurants in the area. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, they had a great washer and dryer, and the beds were very comfortable.

Family Vacation

We came down and were originally staying in a condo through the same property management company. Issues arose (no one's fault) and we were moved to this property. Nice home with plenty of room for us to relax both inside and outside by the patio and pool. Great location to walk to get food and shop or a quick drive up to the freeway.

Excellent location, good neighbourhood

The property is on the beach, in gated compound, seela and sunset view from the top floor, very clean, spacious bathrooms, white goods are of good quality and new, as tourists we didn't know that the water would be so cold but this has nothing to do with the property

Beautiful interior and clean

Check in process was a little tricky at first then once in it was great! The views from living room are much better than even any photos and the master suite is huge! Bathrooms have great space, appliances are nice, everything is as described and better :) the screen doors are a little finicky and the dryer and dishwasher were somewhat tricky. Other than that the stay was amazing and peaceful! Okay puke def book again! Thank you!
