So much space and Great Location

Absolutely perfect place. Every room was clean and we had more than enough space for the 12 guys. Ping Pong Table and hot tub were an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

The home was clean and spacious!! We dealt with some rain and the kids were never bored! Everyone having their own bath was phenomenal and a perfect kitchen and dining space! While it was the perfect view of the water you still had a gorgeous view!! The few things we did need Candace was easy to get ahold off and issue was resolved! Would def consider staying again! !

Family weekend! The photos are exactly what is there. Everyone had a fantastic time! It was my first VRBO rental! This one set the bar very high. Very spacious. Lots of room to move. So much room and not right on top of each other. Beautiful home. Our extended family of 8 adults and 5 children had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the games and hot tub. The electric fireplace is so beautiful and provides great ambience. All that we expected and more.

Our stay here at Rustic Elm Lodge was wonderful and perfectly suited our family vacation! The location was perfect…close enough to the places we wanted to visit but still tucked away with picturesque views. Plenty of room for my all my family members who travelled from different locations. The kids had a blast with the games! It kept them busy our entire stay! I would definitely stay here again. It would be a very nice place in the winter time! The only thing that could make it better is a jacuzzi/hot tub! 😉😁

Got schooled by my Daughter-in-law at pool. Grand son loved watching the Dozer work below. Kitchen was well equipped for everything from cinnamon buns to rice crispy treats. Comfy beds and lots of space to eat as a family. Oh the road to the place is paved!

This 7 bedroom home was PERFECT for our extended family of 24…that is 2 more than it sleeps but Candace was ok with us making a few beds on the floor. The kitchen was stocked very nicely for our needs. The kids and adults alike, enjoyed the indoor pool that was available in the community house. Candace was great to work with and answered questions in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend Rustic Elm Lodge!!

Family Thanksgiving/Christmas trip

We could not have asked for a better place to spend our family’s early Thanksgiving/ Christmas together. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone with all the conveniences. Loved that each bedroom had their own bath too. The kitchen was a dream in itself, two fridges and dishwashers! Having a large table to set a large family was great too! Game room was a big hit with the grandkids as was the hot tub! Thank you for a wonderful family experience and adventure together.

Candace was great to work with.. very prompt, attentive, helpful, & thorough. The house... there simply arent words for how perfect this house was. 7 king bedrooms all with on-suites, some with bunk beds / twin beds. But thats just the tip! Had more small kitchen appliances than any rental I've ever been in (crock pit, griddle, mixer, blender, toaster, 2 coffee pots Kurig, pots, pans, baking dishes, every kitchen utensil & more silverware, glasses, plates, etc than we could have used! There are outlets everywhere, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, a besutiful kitchen, & more comfortable seating than we could use. Its just perfect!!!!

Nice sized cabin but not the cleanest

Pros: The size of the cabin was 7 beds and 7 baths. This was the right size that we have been looking for. They had everything (accessories) in the kitchen that youll ever need!! Location was beautiful. Candace responded promptly to messages prior to the stay. There was enough furniture for everyone, and sometimes that isn't an easy feat. Cons: There was dry urine on the toilets, gobs of hair in one tub and couple of strains in another sink. There was only a small grill in the front yard for this cabin that slept 22.

A Wonderful and Spacious Home for a Large Family's Vacation/Reunion

We had 21 members of our family in this lovely lodge for a week. Our 11 grandkids range in age from 5 to 20. The downstairs is GREAT for kids what with the pool and ping pong tables, the two-person arcade and other games (including a Nintendo connected to the large TV). The dining area is large enough for all of us to sit together for meals and to play games (in the office on the main level are a LOT of great board and card games for all ages). The kitchen is amazing - for a group our size we needed both refrigerators and dishwashers. Overall this lodge is the best equipped place we've ever stayed. We never had to replenish any basics (paper towels, TP, bath soap, dishwasher soap). Our family enjoyed the pools every day! The chairs and amenities in the pool area were in great shape! The location is 5 minutes away from Indian Point Marina where tri-toon and ski boats can be rented (as well as tubes, skis and wake boards). This was the BEST family vacation we've had and it was due in large part to how super Rustic Elm Lodge is!
