Waterfront home in the Moovalya Keys community - SNOWBIRDS WELCOME!

Escape to our serene riverfront retreat! Situated in the scenic Moovalya Keys gated community, our home features a private dock and canal that connects to the Colorado River and the vibrant Parker Strip. Unwind on the spacious deck, float in the canal, or head out to enjoy wakeboarding and tubing. We bought this home in 2020, fully renovated it, and are excited to share a space filled with joy and family memories.

Our home features three bedrooms, including a spacious master, and two bathrooms. Enjoy Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, and HBO Max during your stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a toaster, blender, crockpot, pots, pans, measuring cups, and more. We provide both a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig with a starter pack of K-cups.

For families, we offer a high chair, baby gate, pack and play, beach towels, games, and books.

You’ll also have access to our washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

There’s room for four vehicles on our dirt driveway, plus an extra parking pass for trailers or additional vehicles in community lots.

Paradise in the Keys

The property is a cute, little quaint place that provides plenty of room for 8 people. The kitchen is awesome as it allows multiple people to use it. I would stay here again.

River Fun

My family and our good friends enjoyed a long weekend in Parker and this wonderful home. It was very clean and comfortable with some great items like games and welcome candy! The house stayed very cool and we always love how easy it is to come and go on our boat. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. We only had one issue when we checked in the code did not work to the door but this was fixed quickly and therefore was a non issue. The property was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. My family likes to cook so it was nice to have everything we needed. I would stay here again in the future.

Would stay again, great outdoor space!

Great stay overall and a very responsive and friendly host / housekeeping staff. On arrival the propane firepit was out of gas, but that was resolved early the next morning. Great place, good parking, very nice dock that even had a few fenders out. Ive stayed in a few different rentals in the keys and this patio furniture setup was the nicest. Only complaint is a portion of the couch and the guest bath rug had a faint smell of dog pee. Would stay again!

Exceeded our expectations!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return next summer! This was my first vacation home rental so I was unsure of what to expect. Thankfully everything was easy to handle; booking, communicating with the owner, accessing the property and checking out. There was only one minor issue, and that was a discrepancy with the advertised price, as it did not reflect the holiday weekend pricing, however, the property owner notified us when we first inquired about the property. Otherwise, we had a great stay and even extended an extra day with no problem. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked well - cooking oil, seasoning and spices, coffee, tableware, baking supplies. There was also ample household supplies as well - laundry soap, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, towels, extra bedding, games, cards, dice, books. They literally had everything that we needed! Although we spent most of the day on the river, it was nice to have such a welcoming home to come home to. Docking our jetskis was a breeze. Relaxing on the patio after a long day in the sun was great too. My granddaughter loved feeding the ducks in the mornings and watching the fish swim by. My family truly had the best time and we look forward to making more memories here in the future!

In 2020, we had the opportunity to purchase our own place in the Keys, where we have loved vacationing with our family. After fully renovating our place, we are thrilled to be able to share our love of the Colorado River with others. We are committed to being accommodating and welcoming hosts so that you and your loved ones can have an amazing time too!
