Enjoy the best of Kauai from Waipouli Beach Resort, a beautiful oceanfront resort centrally located on Kauai’s east side. C203 is a spacious second-floor condo with beautiful mountain views and a glimpse of the ocean, combining the comfort of a private vacation home with the amenities of a resort.

THE CONDO

This beautifully appointed 1,312 sq. ft. condo features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Its second-floor location provides an elevated outlook toward Kauai’s beautiful mountain scenery, with a small ocean view in the distance.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cooktop and oven, GE Profile microwave, Fisher & Paykel dual-drawer dishwasher, granite countertops, and African mahogany cabinetry.

The spacious bathroom layout includes two soaking tubs, two showers, multiple vanities, and beautiful Peruvian travertine tile throughout. Both bedrooms have convenient access to their own bathroom areas, with an additional bathroom area accessible from the main living space.

Wi-Fi is included, along with three flat-screen Smart TVs—one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Guests are welcome to sign in to their own streaming services during their stay.

RESORT & LOCATION

Waipouli Beach Resort offers a beautiful oceanfront setting in Kapaa, conveniently located for exploring both the north and south sides of Kauai. Guests have access to the resort’s pool area, hot tubs, fitness center, beach access, and other shared resort amenities.

Complimentary parking is available, and there are no additional resort fees.

Shops, restaurants, groceries, and other conveniences are nearby, while Kauai’s beaches, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, waterfalls, and other island adventures are within easy reach.

BEACH GEAR

We provide a variety of beach gear for you to enjoy during your stay, including adult and child snorkel gear, swimming fins, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and a cooler.

Condo was great- location right by the stairs for easy access to pool. The ocean was pretty choppy near resort- so use flippers or water shoes if going into water! Overall, everything was great!!! Tons of basics included!

Okay keep in mind we ended up staying here during hurricane LaLa. That being said we did enjoy this condo. The pros.. the location was amazing the beach was a bit rocky. The tide however was not its usual due to the hurricane. The pools we very nice and the hot tubs were great. The Cindi is very nice and well supplied. Parking was super easy and there are groceries, shopping and food within walking distance. You are close to all the sites you wanna see. There were only 2 cons. The lighting in the bedrooms was very poor. The second is the king size bed in the one bedroom was comfortable but the one side was very broke down and you sink way deep into it. The balcony was very nice and there are plenty of beach supplies. We did have one small issue with the WiFi password. But they got back to us very fast and got it a straightened out.

I loved everything about this VRBO, from the owners to the property. Anything you needed was provided. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing is the 3 days we were there was not fun due to the weather and the State of Emergency.

The room came with evrything we could need and more. Its was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were perfect after a day of exploring the island.

Great short stay!

Wonderful family stay at Waipouli Beach Resort!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. Our kids ages 5, 7, and 9 loved the slides, lazy river, and hot tub. The resort is on the water with gorgeous views. We would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Where do I start? I’m a pretty laid-back guy who loves life and tries to live it to the fullest. I have a couple of kids who motivate me and bring a lot of joy to my life.

I’m always up for an adventure and enjoy snowboarding, wakeboarding, off-road racing, camping, and, most of all, vacationing! I love getting away, exploring new places, and making great memories with family and friends.

As someone who genuinely loves to travel, I enjoy being able to share our place in Kauai with others and hope our guests enjoy their time on the island as much as we do.

I stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort several times and fell in love with it—I liked it so much, I eventually bought a condo here!

One of my favorite things about C203 is the incredible natural airflow. Open the doors and you can enjoy the fresh Kauai breeze flowing through the condo throughout the day and evening.

I also love the second-floor setting, beautiful mountain outlook, and being just a short walk from the beach, pool, restaurant, and other resort amenities.

For me, it’s a great combination of fresh island air, beautiful surroundings, and easy access to everything Waipouli Beach Resort has to offer.
