HOUSE RULES

*Absolutely no pit fires or fires of any kind except for the gas fire pits.
*No parties or events.
*No amplified music outside (Sonoma County Ordinance)
*Only 2 vehicles allowed on the property. If additional guests will be on the
premises we must receive notice in advance.
*Cannot use the premises for any illegal activities.
* No smoking inside the house.
*Damages will be billed directly to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
*Quiet time is 9PM- 7AM (Sonoma County Ordinance)
*No eating in the bedrooms.
*Pets are allowed with a $50 fee for additional cleaning. Please pickup after your pet outside. No pets on the beds and only on the furniture on provided blankets. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees within reason.
