Great house. Wonderful for groups because of the large kitchen and gathering space. The outdoor spaces, pool, game barn, combined with the views, make this a wonderful location that can entertain your group for hours.

We had a fantastic time at this property over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect hub for trips to the redwoods, the coast and nearby towns. The kitchen and living room allowed us to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Even in late November, the property is beautiful with fruit trees, views of the vineyard and a large play room for entertainment. Highly recommended!

This house was so perfect! Even more beautiful than the photos. We had breakfast and dinner at the table over looking the vineyard. The pool was really warm and clean. All of the activities on property were so fun. We would definitely stay again!

More beautiful than imagined!

I can't express how beautiful this property is! The friends that we stayed with kept thanking me throughout the week for finding such a great place. This property highlights all the beauty of California with a poolside view. Being able to feel the sun beam through the hills, the trees, and the vineyard, all from relaxing in the pool was magical. The inside of the property has a great modern yet rustic vibe, with very clean and updated bathrooms. The amenities around the property gave us so much to do! Pool table, table top video game machine, ping pong table, and the longest shuffle board table I've seen! Bocci Ball outside and a picturesque swing on a tree! Will definitely keep this place bookmarked to stay again!

Perfection for our family!

My family and I stayed at this house for a long weekend getaway and we were so pleased! The house is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for us - just as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the swing out front, and the many games in the barn. We hope to stay here again next summer!

Amazing Gueeneville Getaway!

The house was perfect. Beautiful, clean, and cozy, with an incredible pool and yard, even a game area in the barn with lots of options. 5 minute drive to downtown. My friends and I had such a fantastic time here, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Fun-filled property

Perfection

Truly an amazing property with everything you’d ever need for a great getaway. Nestled between the redwoods and a vineyard, this picturesque property provides space for fun, relaxation and conversation. There were days that we never left the property, which is a first for me when staying in the area. The photos are accurate and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. I highly recommend staying here.

SF Getaway

There were six of us from San Francisco who wanted to getaway from the city life. This vineyard resort is so gorgeous. Hidden gem but not too far from downtown Guerneville. The house is very clean, well maintained, beds were comfortable, and the pool was amazing. The house comes with bocce ball, game room, bicycles, bbq grill, outdoor pizza oven, apple tree, and veggie garden. A place where you do not have to leave. Additionally, Paul and Naomi were very responsive. Great host! Definitely will be back and will book this place again.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay. The house and grounds are beautiful and we loved the barn full of fun activities. Pool and shuffleboard were our favorites. It was so nice being near Armstrong Redwoods for a rainy-day hike, and the coast to watch the epic waves. The drive to town was quick and it was easy to grab a morning latte. Thank you Naomi for being very responsive to one or two small issues. We hope to visit again in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful pool and play bocce. My only suggestion for the property is to invest in a king bed for the master.

Family Vacay

This is our third stay and always a wonderful time. We love the vibe of the entire property---house, pool, and barn. Both kids and adults loved the ping pong, old school video game machine (Pacman!), and pool in the barn. It's also a quiet place to sub as an 'office' ---using the card table as your office table;) The pool is nicely warmed by the sun when cover is on and perfect size to do laps or just lounge on the Swan floater. Kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook, and there's a grill and pizza oven outside too for barbecues. We love the location---30 minute walk to Main St. and downtown Guerneville area, Johnson's Beach, Armstrong Woods National Park (great hiking!). Looking forward to our next stay in the summer! Absolutely love this place!

Absolutely Beautiful

This house is an absolute hidden gem!! My friends and I stayed here for my 32nd birthday and it did not disappoint. Huge piece of property, beautiful house, gorgeous updated kitchen, massive pool with a game room/barn, washer/dryer, awesome classic car in the garage, lounge chairs everywhere, BBQ pit, fire pit and bocce ball. The pictures on the listing are very accurate on how beautiful the place is but it’s even more impressive in person. About a two minute drive from Main Street which is perfect if you want to hit up the bars or explore Guerneville. Beautiful views of a winery. I 100% will be coming back here with my family.

A Truly Relaxing Guerneville Getaway!

Our stay at this incredible VRBO rental in Guerneville from July 2nd to 5th, 2025, was exactly the relaxing July 4th vacation we all needed. My husband and I, along with our two friends and their 4-month-old, found this property to be an absolute gem.From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly easy, setting a smooth tone for our entire trip. The location was simply fantastic – just a few minutes drive to downtown Guerneville, yet it felt wonderfully secluded and peaceful, truly offering that "far away" escape.The house itself was exceptional, exceeding all our expectations. We were particularly impressed by the huge, beautifully landscaped yard. It offered multiple inviting areas to unwind, including a cozy fire pit, a comfortable hammock, and a fun tree swing. The solar-heated pool was a highlight, perfectly warm and offering stunning views overlooking a vineyard – pure bliss! And for entertainment, the barn was a treasure trove, packed with every game imaginable.The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, contributing to the overall serene atmosphere. We all agreed that this was the perfect place to recharge and enjoy a much-needed break. We would absolutely, without a doubt, stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious escape in Guerneville.

A lovely house next to a vineyard

The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, just as portrayed on the VRBO website. While the interior of the house was very clean and spacious, the setting was what we liked the most. The house is on a quiet street that borders a vineyard. It is set back from that street by a long driveway, so we never heard any cars. The back of the house has a lovely deck that opens out to the vineyard allowing us to fully enjoy being in wine country. The house has a useful booklet of instructions and other helpful information. But perhaps the best was the easy access to the property manager who was available to answer any questions that the booklet did not, something that is important when one comes into a new house. And she provided excellent advice on restaurants and outdoor places to visit. We intend to return to this lovely house.

Many generations of his family would vacation in the Russian River area dating back to the 1930's. He was lucky to find this great home many years ago, he needed to escape from the SF fog! He enjoys being able to to swim, enjoy warm long summer days and great meals with friends and family.
