Spring Break

Great family getaway for spring break. The location of the home was central to the activities we wanted to do during our trip. Beautiful home and great communication with the host.

Perfect house for a family/friends getaway.

We had a great time, just hanging out playing games in the game room or pool table upstairs was perfect for us. The house is close distance to all we needed. It was such an easy seamless check in and stay. I would recommend to anyone.

Arvada neighborhood

Checkin process was solid. The accommodations were as advertised. Had 5 adults. We had ample space. All around a very good rental.

Amazing house with all the extras !!!!

This house has it all and more . Rooms are very comfortable , House was immaculate, Close to a lot of great places in the area . This is a great house for large groups very spacious and awesome decor . We all loved it . We would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Arvada , Co The owners are great with communication which is always a plus . Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your property . We hated to leave .

Enjoyed our stay

We were a group of 14 from 3 families stayed here. House is located perfectly for making short day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoying family dinners with a lot of options around. All the kids from various age ranges enjoyed the stay, especially the arcade and the pool. There were some minor issues like the basement bath is not draining fast enough and the washer and dryer is not working. Light bulbs are burnt too in the laundry room. Apart from that we all enjoyed the stay and had a fabulous family get together.

Graduation

My daughter graduated from Colorado School of Mines. Her 4 brothers and parents annd a couple of extended family members all met together and stayed in this lovely home for 5 nights. We relaxed, played games, went for walks, and visited several points of interest. The home had plenty of room for all 8 of us and the host always responded quickly to any requests or questions we had. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to town.

Baby shower weekend

We needed a place to stay for a friend’s baby shower in Golden. The listing would accommodate our entire group by having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was a nice house and we didn’t really have any issues. The only thing was that the Denver metro was having a winter storm and when arriving at the house the heat was not on and the house was freezing cold. However, once we contacted the host he turned it on remotely for us.

Justin is an elementary school principal and Siressa is in healthcare. We spend our free time going to our kids' sporting events and traveling. We love to enjoy beautiful Colorado outdoors and everything this state has to offer. We also like spending time in Puerto Pensaco, Mexico (Rocky Point). Between the mountains of Colorado and the Sea of Cortez, it is a perfect combination of fun, sun, and relaxation!
